Manager is constantly lying to make sure he gets the perfect sale and his numbers arent low for the month. Even if you decline protect he still adds it makes sure he sqves your number amd pin so he can take it off before you are charged. They buy there cases from an off brand plus they charge too much. Tempered glass can be bought almost. Anywhere for like 5-10bucks not 25. There bundle deal isnt actualoy deal at all. They way the company talks about there customers 8s absolutely horrific. Cricket doesnt get there service directly through At&t towers, Springhill, Hudson area, weeki wachi, and other places are basically dead zones. Youve been told, dont waste the money

Decided to Get Back on a Cell Plan and Found that Cricket Wireless Had The Coverage, The Data And PHONE I needed. I run an online business and really wanted to get more mobile.. Cricket is the place. The Service was AMAZING. Both when I came in to window shop and when I came in to Purchase. Life is Good with Cricket so far! I recommend this company and especially this location!

Excellent counter service BUT the phones are really crappy & the cell services is out right horrible. Missed 90% of the calls due to going to VM. I had to step out of the house to make a call even on wifi. Cool people but save your money and use a more reputable service.
