I came in on a slow day and they fixed two broken iPhone 5 phones in under an hour. Parts right here, step right up. The first was a straight up broken screen, when the tech got in there, he showed me the battery was bulging and they offered a discount to replacing it since the phone was open. Nice. As well, they had a really good deal on the shield glass and protective case combo, so I go that as well. On the second phone, the tech immediately brought out the phone to show me what was up. The "brand-new" iPhone 5 I had eBayed my daughter for her birthday last July, was full of fingerprints and off-brand parts. Basically not how Apple ships them, so I got duped on eBay. Thats another whole thing-yes, I shouldve bought it here. I also have 20-20 hindsight. Explained was the super crappy microphone, weak-fi, and sketchy charging. That was an all in one piece-again a discount was offered since the screen was being replaced. I understand fully that phones nowadays are very fickle and the slightest imperfection or crack throws off the whole delicate balance of micro-electronics that are jammed in there. To have a trusted shop that can point what is and isnt worth repairing is a big relief. I am happy I found this shop, this is the Fourth and Fifth major repair theyve done for me, and the pricing always seems fair and they show me the old parts and situation before proceeding. I will definitely shop here again - either for a repair or a gently used 2nd hand high end phone. I have no doubt that this team gathered at iCell and Repair know how to fix or know when to say thats DOA. PS-First time I was there, they said it would be $20 for a diagnosis and that would be applied to the repair. In my opinion, that is a good policy. Firstly, its a for-profit-business. They got rent, electricity and salaries to cover. I was appalled at a guy in there fussing with them about it. He felt that because he drove all the way over there, they should just check it out for free. They were so trying to be polite with this pushy, entitled person... Maybe my viewpoint is wrong, but I felt this guy wasnt seeing it the right way. Anyway, just heads up. If they still do this for new clients, it just seems fair to me, and I am not sorry I took the chance and said "Ok, lets do it."

Spoke with Anthony on the phone about my daughters iphone 6 screen being shattered and an ear jack piece broke off in the phone as well. I stopped in today and within 45 minutes he had my daughters phone running and looking like new. Forget about the insurance that the carriers want to charge - then they wanted a $200 deductible. Forget that. I will recommend and use Anthonys top notch service for any phone issues going forward. Great personality and customer service. Thank you for the great service.

My husbands phone was in a otterbox and got completely demolished when a car ran over it accidently. The frame, glass, graphics display, lights, power button,etc all needed replaced. After our backup phone began to fail we turned to them to repair it. They told us they could do it after testing a new screen on it. Other companys I have used first have you pay a fee then tell you whats wrong a d if it can be fixed. They had it done within 2 hrs. W a warranty on their service.

All-around good experience. I brought my iPhone with its severly shattered screen into iCell. They told me it would be 25 minutes to repair, and I could wait or come back. They were personable, and offered a couple of products that would help protect my phone a little better. I went to lunch, and half an hour later, I returned to get my phone. It looks and works like new. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, Ill have no problem giving them my business.

Replaced the screen on my iphone and now my phone is showing searching and there is no service. Told me that I would have to replace battery and the charging port and then it would work. Called around other stores and they told me that this would never be a problem by replacing the screen. Just took my money and they wanted more.

What a joke this place is, went to replace the battery on my iPhone and they dropped my phone in front of me and broke the screen. They installed a cheap screen that has problems now and refuse to make it right. They are telling me that the screen was never replaced at their store because they have no record of it.

Andy quickly transferred everything from my S4 to my S6 via Google. S4 phone was shattered. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Id recommend this location to anyone that has a broken phone of any brand. Thank you. I rarely leave reviews but I felt this experience warranted it.

Highly recommend!! I had originally had my iPhone 6 screen replaced at a kiosk in the mall. It was done incorrectly and caused more problems. This place was able to fix the phone and replace the screen and battery at a great price!! Will continue doing business at this location!!

Man have to say been to all 3 of the stores and they have been fixing my iphones since day 1. Andy repaired my Nokia lumina 1520 glass only and was the only store in the area that would touch it. Thanks so much and he killed the repair :)

Not Good at all. All there replace screens are cheap an from china ive gotten my phone fixed the 3 times an everytime my screen pops out. Very poor service would not recommend
