I have been to this location before and Travis gave great customer service and answered all my question and very helpful with a smile ....I went back to this location for help with a phone issue and to purchase a case for the phone thatTravis helped me get a few months back ...Travis wasnt there but another Young man was name Dakota was ....he was the worst customer service rep I have every experienced with Verizon...he couldnt help me with telling why my phone wouldnt screen shot no more when it did in the beginning , he said I had to call customer service . I also asked about getting a phone case and I told him I get a 25% discount on accessories because of my job gives me discount on bill and accessories. He told me no I couldnt get that there , which didnt make since to me because I have before in the past . I told him I was just going to go somewhere else to find one ..He rolled his eyes at me and said Im not gonna find it anywhere else cheaper , so I left ...I been with Verizon for over 10 years now and never had an experience like this!!!! I went to the location in Tarpon Springs and they were the best customer service , told me my issue with the phone and helped me find a case and gave me the 25% discount off of it. I will never go back to that location again , I will drive the extra miles to go to a better store with great service . I been in customer service for 20 years and I would of never treated no one as Dakota did ...shame ...shame!!

Frontier TV/Internet/Phone users listen up!!! Joe is the man to talk to. He saved me $60 a month when I switched to Dish. He was very professional and took care of everything for me and my family. The best part was he did all the work to make the switch super easy and now with Dish I have much better service. I still can not believe how much better the TV picture quality is. I will only go to this Verizon from now on and I will always ask for Joe. Thank you!!!

My old Samsung was dying and I needed a new one immediately. Called and Brandon said to come in and he would be happy to assist. He was WONDERFUL! Set me up with the phone I wanted. Transferred everything. Was kind, courteous and very helpful. A young lady helped too but didnt get her name and she was also amazing. Then he went out to my car and paired the Bluetooth also. Very happy with Brandon and this location.

This is one of the best Verizon stores I have ever been to. Everybody was extremely helpful, especially the manager, Brandon. He explained everything to us that we needed know and he was nice enough to give us tips on what phones we should get. He is one of the nicest managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and this is definitely one of the best stores I have ever been in to. 5 stars all the way.

Visited this store yesterday to upgrade my phone from a Galaxy S6 to an iPhone 7 Plus. Brandon couldnt have been more helpful & friendly, as well as the rest of the reps in the store. Amazing customer service, and I walked away with the exact phone I wanted, down to the color. If you live in the area and need anything from a case to a new phone, I highly recommend going here - thanks guys!

Dakota was very helpful I came in on sunday 8/7/2016 I needed a upgrad because my old phone wouldnt charge, he set me up with the new v10 with extra chargers, cases, battery packs, all while he was working with 2 other customer. Very smart and good at what he does. Ask for Dakota when you go in there and hell help you out the best that he can make leave ☺

You will do much better at the Verizon store across from Gulf View mall. I was talked into something I didnt want and they never told me not to send in the rebates until I decided not to keep this phone. I dont like this phone but Im stuck with it for a year. Yeah and I was promised a 10% off my mifi bill for 6 months, but that didnt happen either.

Dakota is a fabulous rep. He is very patient and thoroughly explains each product. He combines products to save the buyer more money. He is very polite and friendly.
