Trying to solve a problem over the phone I was sent to the store. Two gentlemen and a lady literally refused to get on the phone with the service rep. They said the service rep. was not "their boss" totally missing the point that a customer needed the help. They made this experience uncomfortable. I would never refer someone to this store even though I have no problem with att itself. Sucks that people miss the idea of markets and totally miss the value of referrals. Thats low cost marketing. Good or bad. Its marketing guys!

Bought a Nexus 6. 9 NINE days later I discovered a manufacturer defect. wont exchange it because its now "defective" (gotta love the irony) and they tell me to go through Motorola. So now Im out a phone a week or maybe 2 until Motorola sends me a new one. So if you do buy a phone through AT&T, go over that device with the finest tooth combed before you leave the store. AT&T is notorious for doing this.

Went in about a week ago, spoke with one of the guys who work there. I do not remember his name for the life of me.(could be Shawn? Maybe?) Brown hair, very outgoing, and extremely helpful with everything. He made it very comfortable to be able to talk to him about what I thought was wrong with my phone and he helped me figure everything out very quickly. The best customer service by far!

I have a business account with AT&T and it seems like I visit this store frequently lately. I have to say that Shawn has helped me out so much. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He genuinely seems to care about his customers. I am pleased with AT&T but Shawn has definitely made me like AT&T much more by providing excellent customer service.

For two months Ive been trying to switch from post paid to prepaid. No one was able to and the willing to do so. So much time of my time wasted calling AT&T. Finally I met manager Michael and Jamie. Almost an hour of their precious time spent( Jamie literally was on the line with AT&T more then 45 minutes) . Job done !!! Thx.

Had an appointment, waited for 20-30 minutes watched 2 groups of people without appointments come in and get helped... I dont know maybe it was my appearance since I was still in my work clothes, maybe they didnt want to deal with 3 upgrades... either way, will not go back there.

This place has the fastest and most helpful service. I came from Sprint where everyone was always angry, customers and employees would argue. This place is like a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good job ATT!

They overcharge you and their staff is no educated to give you the best advice. I signed up for DirectTV because I was told Id get unlimited data... but they didnt tell me that the speed is capped at 3mb/s
