I went to Talk Time INC.Holiday 3338US HWY19 holiday Florida 34691 on8/24/2016 in regards to a upgrade on phone which was the ZTE8200BSIDIAN store cost was $109.00 my store discount was $90.00 which brought my phone to $19.00 my upgrade fee was 15.00 the customer service Representative. EMP ID:Eddie Awsome he stated to me that the phone came with a case but the one he showed me I was not interested in but i was interested in the SHZTE820W Mr.Eddie stated that i would have to pay a $5.00 differents if i wanted to purchase the case which was originally priced at $25.00 i stated to Mr.Eddie i didnt mind paying $5.00.After he added up everything my total came up to $68.38 he stated i had a year warranty on my phone which i stated to him if i was being charge far insurance i didnt want insurance he said no i ask him to explain why my purchase was 68.38 he had no explanation .i went in the store thinking i was getting a $19.00 phone a $15.00 upgrade fee and and a $5.00 phone case and to pay taxes on my purchase .Not the $68.38 i dont know what Mr.Eddie meant by a bundle but i didnt want it after this whole ordeal i even ask another representative in the store could they help me they stated no that it was between me and Mr.Eddie and that all sells were final.I took my receipt to another authorized dealer and the customer representative stated that my receipt wasnt right according to their knowledge i had been over charged and misrepresentive.This is my second time useing the location at 3338 us hwy19 holiday Florida both times i have had problems there when it comes to my money want be a third .I work hard far my money .I want be doing business at this location in the future.. I CAN NOT PAY MY BILL ONLINE OR ON THE PHONE OR ANYWAY BUT USE ME LUNCH TIME TO PAY IN PERSON FOR ONE AND A HALF HOUR AND NOT GET PAYED FOR THE HALF. THEN I GET CHARED FOR THER SERVICES. I PAY $73.00 A MONTH FOR THIS CRAP. THEN MY DATA WARNING GOES OFF AS SOON AS I PAY . THE GUYS ARE GREAT AN HELPFULL BUT ONLINE OR PHONE PAY IS A SCAMMMMMM........ THEY SUCK BUY WALMART PREPAYED MUCH EASYER. AND NO ONLINE PISS ME OFF. THEY SAY SORRY YOU.....ARE HAVING TROBLE PLEASE CALL BACK WOW... 3 HOURS AND I HAVE TO PAY TOMMOW AGAIN IN PERSON .THERE GOES MY PAY CHEAK.. ASS HOLES ON LINE OR PHONE PAY...BUYER BEWHERE

Sold 2 phones to me and my wife and ensured us we would get rebates for BOTH phones, this was a lie. 1 rebate was accepted and the other denied. I called MetroPCS rebate and was told the information talk time gave me was incorrect. I filed a complaint against talk time. I called talk time to ask why they said I would receive two rebates and they hung up. I now am short the rebate money from one phone because I trusted the words of Talk Time.

Worthless customer service. Ive been calling for 20 minutes to find out if my phone came in. This way I dont have to drive all the way there and it not be in. What a trash set of employees. Good luck trying to get their number online as well. Everytime you google metro pcs in holiday or on moog it gives you Amscot info. Never again

This place is awesome got my phone run over by a car when in the next morning and the gentleman gave me a new customer discount on a brand new Samsung even better than my old phone was so happy and thankful included a case and a glass screen protector wow you dont see that these days usually

Matt is a sweetheart and knowledgeable never makes me feel "stupid" always has a smile and knows what I want and need even when I dont. They only complaint I could say is they dont have much availability of phones in store.

The service is excellent..on Sunday they have a class..and Matthew showed me how to make a video call and showed me how to use my phone...he is the best...ask for him if you go down there.
