They lied to me, they cheated me, first by selling me a used ATT&T phone for 550.00 then refusing to give refund (phone kept locking up) they used intimidation tactics to make me take another phone QUE 6.0 (which retails for about 185.00), ad charged me 400.00, they lied to me and told me to try it and it had a 6 Gig hard drive (it has 1 Gig). They told me I could not get the phone I originally wanted (Samsung Avant because I already had a Metro PCS account (also a lie). I ended driving over to Real Metro PCS store to purchase the phone I wanted, and found out I could have gotten a discount but because Wireless Concepts lied to me, I lost the ability to do so. I am going to sue this company and have filed formal charges with the parent company of Metro PCS. This franchise has medieval attitudes toward females, and will lie and cheat, and tell you anything, to steal your money.

The guy behind the counter was very rude, did not greet me as I walked in, I had to read about the features on each phone I was interested in because I had asked him certain questions about each phone and what you did not reply ... I gave him my pin code and he kept telling me it was wrong...and that he couldnt help me unless i had that number, and I would have to go to the corporate office and show ID. come to find out it was the right pin code and he was just typing it in wrong! He then put the phone(s) I was trying to purchase back in the box and back underneath the counter and went back in his office without saying good bye or anything! would not recommend this tour to anybody... Not perfessonal at all!

After researching my phone online and verifying its Compatibility with metro pcs network I was quickly ignored and told no it would not. This review is being submitted on the very same phone with a friends metro pcs sim card installed using your metro pcs network. You just lost a customer due to your grosse incompetence.

The guy was very rude he tried to over charge me the sign said $89 he put in $99 and he did not tell me that it would cost $15 to transfer my phone number from metro to metro....then he offered me a screen cover he said is worth $15 and it doesnt even fit my phone this place is a joke

I was pleasantly surprised by to see the store is running under new ownership. I George is a very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and quick person, who activated in few minutes my new Nexus 6 phone.. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised.

They are over charging when you come in and pay your bill. I asked for itemized receipt and was told there was not one. I have a $40.00 monthly bill I got charged $45.00. Scammers.. dont go there.
