Went to get an upgrade phone, they had to order.. Not a big issue. A few days in I noticed on my online account they ordered the wrong one, went there to cancel and they would not. They made me wait until they received the phone to cancel it for no practical reason. My dad upgraded to a new basic flip-phone. We stated we wanted to just buy a cheap phone for full price. They charged us for a phone and stuck us under a 2-year contract. Went back, undid all my changes and went to another verizon store that gave me no issues. Dont go here.
