The two guys working were vary nice and flabbergasted, but the process took forever due to the phone they were trying to sell me was broken. It had no battery power on it in the box. Always a bad sign. In the process of trying to figure this out they broke the backing of the phone. Just like I said. The phone did not function properly. The touch screen is lacking and refuses to work some times. Exepcally when your are trying to shut off alarms at work. I will be returning this phone and if they do not go through with the 7day return. I am dropping my service and not coming ever back. Its pretty sad when a 90lb white girl knows more about what shes talking about then someone whos been working there.
