Convenient location is the best quality of this place. Im going to make payments online now and avoid this store. The staff is more concerned with personal conversations amongst themselves than servicing customers. It takes way too long to process a payment when the clerk keeps talking to the other clerk about non business related matters. Ive been asked same question back to back because they werent listening when I answered the first time. This is at least the third time having poor service. Average wait time of five to ten minutes.
