I took my phone in to have the charging port replaced. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up until I tried to make a phone call. Now no one can hear me when I speak into the phone. I brought it back to have it fixed but after they tried and failed, they insisted it was a manufacturing issue. I told them it worked before I brought it to them for the other repair but they kept insisting it wasnt their fault. I asked for a refund since they damaged my phone beyond repair and they refused. Basically, I paid them $40 to break my phone. I should have saved my money and purchased a new phone instead.

Your working phone wont work the same after the screen is replaced! Had the screen replaced and the phone was given back with the home button and speaker not working. The person said I broke it. NO, it was working just fine. Now he wants to order parts to fix it. Sad thing is there was another person there having the same issue. Phone worked until he replaced the screen. And he wants to replace the broken parts of their phone too

Spent a lot of money on cases there last weekend. My sons stand case broke and they would not replace it, said they would give us a discount. If their merchandise breaks in a week, they should refund or replace it. Horrible business practice and seem like a very unethical bunch of people running the Kiosk..should be closed down!

Went there this morning to have my cracked screen replaced. He replaced it but it wouldnt come on tried it again no luck. He claims the motherboard went out,but yet I was talking on it when I handed it to him. Now I still have a cracked none working phone so Ive lost all my info. Thanks a lot for nothing.

The sales rep lied to me and sold me products not supported by my iPhone. Said "I wouldnt be selling them if they werent supported." They dont work and I will be taking them back.

$110 to repair an iPhone 6 cracked screen. Takes them 30 min to do it. They work at the rate of $220/hour. May as well buy a new phone.
