We went into the store to get a quote for our broken ipad mini 3. They did not have the parts for the repair and they said that they would havd to order them but it wouldnt take too long. Sure! No big deal, right? Wrong. Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months. They did not call us once to give us updates. I had to call them several times just to figure out what was going on. After the 2nd call to follow up on my end, they said that their warehouse has not received a specific part yet and that they would need to order it from amazon. They did say they would provide a discount since it was taking so long. After calling other places, the price after discount that Cellairis offered us was still 10 to 30 dollars more than other places who already had the parts in stock. After a month of waiting for them to receive the part from amazon, I called them again for the 3rd time and they said they had to check the warehouse again (didnt check before I called or seemed to care for that matter even though it has been months since our original quote/order). After that there was no apology for it taking so long so I decided to cancel my order after 3 to 4 months of waiting to get my sons ipad fixed. We saw great reviews on Google and thought would be a perfect place to get the ipad fixed, but apparently we were very wrong. Thanks for wasting our time, Cellairis. Good luck to you all who decide to go with this company. I hope you have a better experience than what our family went through.

HORRIBLE!! Wish I could give zero starts- replaced my iPhone 5s screen that stopped working 2 days later. Referred me to apple who said it was a screen issue, and to another place that tired to fix it and said that my phone was unfixable because of the damage they did. They wont own up to the damage and say it is my fault because the phone was working when I left the store (the phone worked perfectly fine for 1 1/2 years until they touched it). Wouldnt refund me the money I paid for the screen and my phone is unfixable now so I also have to buy a new phone. ALSO HORRIBLE customer service!! The manager told me this was a software issue when i brought it in (when the new screen stopped working) and then when I went back to explain to her that I no longer have a working phone because it cant be fixed she told me that thats not her problem, she was the rudest person I have seriously met in the customer service industry. Save your money, devices and time and take it to somewhere were they know what they are doing. (The phone software worked. The screen could sometimes be seen in very dark rooms. Siri and any incoming text and phone calls could be felt and heard, but the screen was either to dim to do anything on it or would be completely pitch black. Occasionally the screen would flicker on bright for at most 2 sec but then go black again.)

From the customer service side I give them 5 stars. I cracked my screen on Saturday evening. Called Cellaris the next day and they got me in at noon. Checked in the store with Simon who was very helpful and thorough. I was impressed with the check list they went thru when checking in the phone. For the repair I give 2 stars. The screen was fixed however I did not turn it on in the store. When I got to my car I turned on the phone and right away noticed a discoloration on the bottom right of the screen that was not there before the repair and the person who fixed the phone would have seen it for sure as soon as they turned it on. I Went back into store and they said they would take care of it. Waited another hour only to be told the discoloration could not be fixed so, yes they fixed my screen but they created a different issue that did not exist prior to the repair.

I was referred to this store by a family member after I dropped my phone and shattered my screen.... I called and was given an appointment, in which the tech named Simon fixed my screen in less than 30 minutes. Not only did Simon do an excellent job on fixing my phone, but the customer service he provided was absolutely awesome! He was so friendly and informative; he gave me tips on how to keep my phone from being damaged! He helped me pick out a case which he also personalized for me w/ a picture of my kids. I was more than happy that I took the recommendation, and I will definitely send others to this store as my experience here was great! I also noticed that every single person who walked into this store in the short time I was here, was welcomed and offered excellent customer service by both employees who were working at the time!!

Ive never been helped so quickly and easily from any phone store. They were willing to look at my phone and figure out the problem in a matter of 5 minutes when Apple just plugged it to another Apple product to tell them what was wrong. Apple wanted to charge over $100 to replace my whole front screen when all that was broken was my home button. While cellairis took a little time and fixed my home button that was only 35 dollars. Dont waste time or money going anywhere else. Cellairis is the place to go.

Simon is the go 2 man when it comes to cellphone cases and repair! Wow, jaw dropping service I tell you what!! I went in there with a phone that was in worse shape than my uncle Bill after the holiday season and came out with a phone looking better than Pamela Anderson in the early 90s. Great service, great atmosphere and a greater experience then watching Jimmy Hendrix perform at Woodstock in the summer of 69. You know what they say, When your cell phone is cryin Go to Simon!!!

Cellairis at Partridge Creek Mall is by far one of the most awesome store in that entire mall! i was in there this last friday that pass and to get a screen replacement and the dude who works there named Simon fixed my phone in less then half a hour. my ear speaker wasnt loud enough on full volume and he fixed the issue and didnt even charge me. also hooked me up with a dope case and screen protector for a good price! thanks Simon and thank you cellairis!

My phone broke so I brought it in cause I had a friend who had that happen and he recommended I go to Chris here that he had great experience with him in the past, so I brought it in to him and I returned 30 minutes later after shopping with my girlfriend at Victorias Secret ( with the money I saved from going here instead of those overpriced places) and it was as good as new never had better service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cellairis is a great store! Best customer service ever. The employee who helped me out was named Simon and he fixed my iPhone 6 in less then 30 minutes then he gave me 50% off on a customized case which I love so much! Thank you Cellairis, expecially thank you Simon! Definitely going to come back if I need something and I highly recommend this store for screen repairs or cases!!!
