Id come to this store in Feb 2016 to look at smartphones, as I was purchasing my 1st, as well as my 89-yr-old mothers. Had such a terrific purchasing experience that I decided to change my provider service to Verizon. As 2 people on a smartphone learning curve, we needed assistance on occasion, and our salesman always made himself available to us with expertise, patience and friendliness. Thanks in part to our salesman, we now LOVE our phones! Recently, my mother dropped her phone and the screen cracked severely. In lieu of a repair, I purchased another of the same model for her. Even tho this model was no longer available through the Verizon store, I was able to schedule a meeting - at My convenience - with our salesman so my moms data could be transferred, etc. Tho hed been at an out-of-town meeting, he agreed to meet me at the Worthington store on his return at 7:30 pm on May 15th and took the time needed to make sure the activation and transfer were successful and answer my questions... and do a "check-up" on MY phone! I HIGHLY recommend this store, and although Ive witnessed a true "Team" approach here, I also highly recommend this salesman in particular! GREAT GUY!

The moment I walked in, the sales representatives were welcoming and ready to help me. Dan and Destiny were miracle workers. Having had a bad week before my broken phone, I fully expected to have a bad experience already--just my luck. They were able to guide me through the process of buying out my old phone and picking out my new phone. They did not initially have the phone I wanted, but after a few moments their shipment came in and they were able to check it and find the phone I wanted! It was as if I had shown up at just the right moment. After purchasing my phone, case, and tempered glass, they had everything put together before I had even finished the check-out process. Not to mention, the tempered glass was placed perfectly dead center;its as if it was manufactured that way. I have nothing but praise for the customer service I received at this location!

The first thing I want to say is that this store was very convenient. There ample parking available. I like the way I was greeted when I first came in. I liked the salesman and his friendliness. He wanted to take care of my problems. One of them was that my charger was broken. He found the correct charger with a good length cord for me. He viewed my account and reviewed my bill, and updated my account. Through that, I saved money on my bill every month. He helped me go paperless as well. He showed me how to use the google app and how to apply it to my life. I was using the 411 features and that costs me $1.25 per call. He showed me that this google app was free. I feel confident in him, that I can call him every time I have an issue. We had a great connection because he understood my old aged mind. I was very satisfied and I will be back.

After having some issues with receiving text messages, my mom and I ventured to our nearest Verizon store. Upon arrival, the rep was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. After some trial and error, he launched an investigation, and found the issue to be wide spread among Verizon messenger users. He promptly came up with a solution and configured our messenger apps to get us through until the next updatweek was available to further remedy the issue. We also had not been properly introduced to our hum application and device, he maneuvered through the app with the grace and confidence of the wildest of stallions, and gave us the most educational tutorial. We are leaving Verizon today quite satisfied and will be returning next time we are interested in upgrading.

I came in today because I had trouble with my phone turning on and off. This started earlier in the week and this was my third trip coming to Verizon. My first impression was very favorable because while I was walking in the store this young man held open the door for me. Further, he quickly discovered the issue I was dealing with and he solved it for me. I received a new phone which is similar to my old phone so transferring between phones will be very easy for me. I was worried I had lost all my photos and contact but my hero found them on the cloud afterall! I am leaving a very happy customer as long as everything works the way it should. I will be back at this location if I have any further need and will contact my representative to see what store he is in!

My days started out bad I broke my phone and got a knew one the next day, but the I didnt know how to to reinstall all of my stuff so I had to use my husbands phone and look for the closes Verizon store. It told me the closes one was a store in Worthington so I set off there. I pulled up to a nice building really clean outside, doors were open , probably because of the nice weather. I Thought it was a nice welcome feel. I got out of my car and walked to the store, I was greeted by two reps, one was with a customer but still greeted me with a smile and the other two walked right up to me and ask how he could help me. I told him what had happened and he fixed everything. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I LEFT happy and would diffently go back.

I LOVE this store and will always come here!!! I always seem to find myself breaking or losing my phone. This store on North High Street located about a mile North of Morse Rd on North High Street right across the street from St Michaels church. Awesome, Awesome service!! Scott Stephens really went out of his way to help me and my mom with her troubled service. The help he provided is was really above and beyond. Ive never met a sales associate with such a positive and uplifting personality. I would highly recommend to all Verizon employees to follow and listen to this young man at work because he will lead them in the best direction to becoming a great customer service representative. Thanks again Scott!!!

My experience today was terrific!! I was undesided about getting a new phone because I loved my old one so much. Ive been in the Polaris store several times and all they do is try and upsell me saying they cant help, just to get a new phone. Kinda pushy. I was in the neighborhood and drive up on this Version store off of north high street in Worthington. O boy was I surprised but the clientele here was GREAT!! Wasnt pushy at all and actually made me comfortable about purchasing a new phone, which I did. They said I could come back at anytime for help because this is my first smartphone which made me feel at home. Ill be sending my daughter here for her phone next month for sure

Robbie was very patient in answering my numerous questions, and was spot on with his answers. He is quite knowledgeable of the various products we discussed, and steered me in the right directions in terms of my final chouces. I ended up with newer and better technology in all cases, and my monthly bill dropped $10! Even better, Robbie is very congenial, and connects with his customers as if hes known them forever. He handled this very complex tranaction with ease, and made it a painless experience for me. Finally, Robbie did many additional things for me then just setting up my new phone and tablet, which isnt always provided by everyone. In short, Robbies the Man!
