Excellent ! Service on April 28, 2016. I went to the store with issues on the phone speaker likely from liquid damage. I took my phone to CPR because I had a previous good experience in the Autumn of 2015 when I had a screen repair. This time I had both David and Ofek taking in the request and then Ofek made a very thorough check cleaning up any remaining liquid damage and took a very good care of the phone. He even gave me a loaner for the time I had to leave the phone in. He also fixed the screen that had a crack. As from what he saw, he felt it was a fair way on his own to care of the screen as well. The service was outstanding, the speaker (which is still the same; the speaker was all OK, it just had the contact broken) is as clear as it can be; excellent quality like new. The honesty, not to replace the speaker but fix it instead, is just as excellent. Good service brings good business, but integrity makes a business outstanding in this otherwise more and more becoming greedy new era we are experiencing all around in todays society. Attitude with integrity like this is like a ray of sunshine, like an oasis in the desert. Keep your attitude and show the world that integrity and honest business can exist, can thrive, and can make lots of customers happy. Thank you. I highly recommend Cell Phone Repair to anyone having anything to repair on any cell phone.

A day before my phone was taken to be repaired, a CPR representative quoted my phone to be an hours time to repair a shattered glass screen. When I had gone out of my way and schedule to have it done, I was then told BY THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE I had spoken to previously that my phone repair would take three to four hours. I then had to wait an additional 24 hours to have my phone back, since I had chosen to have my phone repaired. After already wasting my time going in to the shop, I figured I might as well get it fixed so my time was not completely thrown away. It is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable to leave a customer as unhappy as I was walking out of the store today. The fix is acceptable, however it does not contour to the edges of my phone, further proving the fact CPR does not pride themselves on their professionalism, as all good businesses should. Main point? Prepare to be strong armed into wasting time.

I had my doubts as to whether they could fix my phone. It was pretty broken and the screen was horribly trashed. BUT less than 30 minutes later everything was fixed! I was amazed. BUT THEN, less than a month after my visit, I had vertical and horizontal lines showing on my screen. I took it to Apple, and they told me that the technicians at CPR must have handled the phone with their BARE HANDS, consequently, frying the inside of my phone from the excess static electricity. Hundreds of dollars later, and a BBB complaint, I am still trying to get my money back from this sham of a store. DONT GO THERE, unless you just want to spend more money. Deal with the manufacturer of the phone directly. Dont make the same mistake I did, it will only cost you more money in the end.

Brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement, apparently it had a short and they fixed it, Im happy that its in working condition but for 115 of my hard earned dollars I expected a better quality fix. Theres light bleeding on the screen, even separation on the left side. I can see the light from the back light shinning through the side. Not to mention the Touch ID wont work now and now Im cursed with the dreaded error 53 even though I included the original home button to make sure that didnt happen. I am really disappointed, this company had good reviews and claimed to only use high quality parts. Its almost like they just took the screen off of a water damaged phone, cleaned it out, and put it on my phone.

My iPhone 6 had problems connecting to the carrier. There would be times it would have service, other times it would say "1x, searching or no service" on the top left corner. Dan, who was servicing me did a WONDERFUL job. He explained the potential reasoning why it wasnt working and fixed it. I highly recommend CPR. I went to Tek Experts before going to CPR and they didnt bother try to fix it since they dont know how to fix that type of problem. Also, afterwards, my top part of the screen sensor didnt work, they immediately changed the screen for free. Very considerate. Thank you Dan

Glass camera face on S6 Edge had broken, they replaced it for me in less than 30 minutes. Got it back, realized the camera wouldnt focus. They opened it up again, found that some of the glass shards had fallen behind the camera itself and only charged me for the price of the part, no labor. About a week later, the camera gave me an error and wouldnt start up. Took it back to them and they replaced the camera at no charge. Amazing customer service. I have put a stack of their business cards in the front of my store for customers to grab as they walk out. I recommend them to everyone.

Great Customer Service - Charged about as much as any of the other repair places, didnt have the part in when we arrived but offered to ship it back to us for free and fixed another issue with the phone that we hadnt even come across yet. Normally takes a few hours to fix the phone, apparently they welcome walk-in service but since the part for our phone wasnt there it took a couple days. Better than paying $500 for a new phone! Great Service! Comes with 6 month warranty. We drove six hours all together to drop our phone off but in the end it was worth it.

I had my iphone 5 screen replaced there and they did a fine job. A little pricey, l wanted to get it done that day, they did it. Mistake was taking my game system there. My PS3 had the YLOD and they said they could fix it. Again it was more than a little pricey. $108.00!!!! I thought they must know what they are doing, they dont. It was broken again in a month. The 6 month warranty doesnt apply to game systems. They now tell me there is no WARRANTY! So I am feel scammed for my $108.00 ! They knew it would brake again!

I broke the screen on my iphone 4s. It wasnt cracked but the screen was all different colors. They said that they could fix for almost $80 which was expensive since my screen wasnt even cracked but I paid for it anyways. When I got it back everything was fine and it was working properly but not 3 weeks later the problem happened again. I took it back to them and they said they couldnt fix it and they werent responsible! I got it back worse than what it was. Never again will I do business with them.

Had to get a whole new touch screen on my phone and my other options werent any cheaper, so I paid $250 to get it fixed. Took only a day, I got it, worked fine, but then the screen came loose and it doesnt work at all now. My friend told me they used after market parts that werent compatible with my phone. I have a warranty on it and they want to keep charging me to fix it instead of fixing it the right way. Rip off, I do not recommend going here.
