Horrible experience with trying to take a phone back. The tall Egyptian guy who is very rude when you try to bring an item back with a receipt needs to learn some manners. I understand that you wouldnt be refunded the set up fee or the monthly data plan, but the amount for the equipment should be minus the 25% restocking fee. The phone plus tax would be $138.00. He tried giving $61.00 for the return amount. The total bill was over $200.00 with all the services and equipment purchased. He then got loud and excited when he was called out on his math. Not a good way to do business by ripping off your clientele. I will have to take my business to a company that treats there customers with respect.

Best place ever. always answers all of my questions, gives me the best deals on the latest phones. I always go here to pay my bill,get my phones fixed, etc. If any one has anything bad to say about the service or the phone the purchased.....wrong. They probably brought the phone new and they bad ass kids broke it and want to blame it on the place of business. I dont care what no one else says. Best place, Best prices, Best people. Done deal!
