I am extremely disappointed by my experience with Tek Experts. I gave them my laptop almost two weeks ago to get a broken screen repaired and they told me the new screen would be in in 3-5 days, after which it was a same-day repair. A full week passed, and when I called them to ask about the repair, they explained that the supplier had sent them a defective screen, so they needed to order a new one. That certainly isnt their fault, but I was irritated that they didnt think it was necessary to call and tell me that. Another week passed, so I called again and was told that the new screen was ordered two days AFTER I called the first time and that it still hadnt been shipped. No one called me to tell me this and no one offered me an apology. I am picking up my laptop today to take it to a different repair place. I am giving them two stars because they are not charging me anything and because they said they would try to work out a discount if I had them repair my computer. But I just cannot wait another week+ without a certain result. Will not be back!

I leapt out of the car to excitedly meet my friend. As I greeted her with excitement, my beloved iPhone 5 took a plunge. It fell from the warm comforts of my hoodie pocket, to the depths of the cold hard streets of East Oakland Avenue. With no time to spare, I picked up my naked iPhone from the ground. But I already knew in my heart that tragedy ensued. A shattered iPhone. Just like all the other basic bitches. If it wasnt for the Serenity oil I tried on, I probably would not have handled the situation so well. But alas, a hero prevailed. I called Tek Experts on my dishevled iPhone, and no other then a god answered my cry. Only to say my phone could be brought in immediately and repaired within an hour. Tek Experts, the knights in shining armor of Hudson street, fixed my phone as if tragedy had never once struck. THANK YOU DANIEL AND LANE. Go to them for ANYTHING. Theyre friendly, fast, and AWESOME. You can tell they just want to help you out. Prices are very fair and you pay for great quality.

They did a good job. I called in to make a appointment and they were able to get me in that day. We brought a LG smartphone with a cracked screen, they had the replacement parts in stock. an hour later we got the phone back. However, we had to bring the phone back in to get fixed because the touch screen wasnt operating correctly and the glass screen wasnt flush with the phone. They had to order more parts, so this delayed me a day or two to get my phone back. After the second repair, the phone has been great without any issues! The techs were nice and customer service was also good. I will give them a 4 because it wasnt done 100% correctly the first time.

This started off as a one star, because I had a terrible experience. I run a business, and thank God I have another laptop. I told my daughter that when the other laptop was fixed she could have that one. Long story short I kept getting forgotten about. But the owner Daniel reached out to me and apologized for a former employee dropping the ball many times with me. Daniel wanted to make things right . I now have my laptop, they were unable to fix it (cost of repairs vs replacement) but Im changing my one star to 5 stars because of the professional and courteous way Daniel handled the situation. Thank you Daniel.

When i had my iphone 5s i shattered the screen multiple times. The first time i went to ifixx on high street to get the screen repaired. Afterwards my screen had yellow dots on the edges and it looked extremely cheap. The next 2 (or 3?) times i shattered my iphones screen i took it to Tek Experts. They were polite, professional, organized, and gave me my phone back looking brand new. Additionally, one of those times i attempted to repair the screen myself(do not recommend) and broke something connected to the home button. When they replaced my screen, they also fixed the button without charge! Love this place.

It was because of the other reviews I read that I tried this place and I will definitely be back for any future work. Sons iPad mini had a broken off charge tip in the lightning port. I was waited on within minutes and was on my way out the door in less than 1 more minute and there was NO charge for the service. I wish I would have grabbed the guys name but I appreciate the fact he recognized it was an easy enough fix (for him) and was kind enough (where I am sure other places would not be) to not charge for this repair. I will spread the good word of this honest establishment!

I dont know how this place received so many stars. I went in because of battery issues with my samsung galaxy s6. Daniel changed my battery but it is defective and only charges my phone to 82% I went back to explain what is going on with the battery he replaced and he didnt want to change it he kept saying its not a battery issue. I sat there for 2 hours and while sitting there 3 people came in to complain about work they had done on their devices. Stay away from this place they do not know what they are doing but will gladly take your money.

After calling 2 other shops and being told by 1 that they were not even sure they could fix the headphone jack on my ipod touch 3, I went to Tek Experts. I went on Saturday and since i did not have an appointment i was told the item would be ready the next day by 2:30. Sure enough at 2:30 I received a call from Daniel that it was ready. Prompt service and $15 dollars less than what the other 2 shops wanted to charge me. These guys get an A+ in my book. I will recommend to all my friends if they have any problems to come here first.

Took my 2013 Moto X in to get the charging port repaired. Daniel made an attempt to fix it, and it worked for a while but ended up giving out again. I took it back in a few weeks later, he looked at it and determined that prior damage to the motherboard had gotten worse; he refunded me fully for the first repair. It sucked that the phone ended up being un-repairable, but I really appreciated their honest business and timely service. I would definitely recommend Tek Experts and would come back here myself.

Shattered my phone a few weeks ago and it didnt work whatsoever. Had insurance but decided to swing by here just to find out if they could fix it. Long story short, I ended up getting it fixed that same day. The guys there were down to earth and laid the options out without trying to persuade my decision. Cheaper than replacing it, didnt have to get a refurbished phone, no waiting for replacement, no lost contacts and pictures. I might just cancel my insurance. This place is great.

These guys are awesome! they fixed my phone for much cheaper than most places would, and most places would have kept it over night, they had it done in 2 hours, and I didnt make an appointment before hand. I may have caught them at a good time but they did amazing work in a very timely manor. other places said they couldnt fix it but they did a stand up job. I will NEVER go anywhere else to get my devices fixed again and would suggest it to any and all my friends.
