Just came from my Verizon store on Russ Ave a place where it not just about the sale. They understand service. I have about 30 yrs in marketing and sales. Disabled Vet and retired but still keep my hand in sharing ideas. I have been going to this store for about 5 yrs. Unlike a Verizon store that is Verizons across town these folks I can distinguish the consumer from the employees. Your 1st presentation is your last 1. The owner of this store has a excellent staff the 5 yrs I have been going here. Service after the sale. They have this concept. I sat for a little bit today waiting for turn. The manager Heather is everything I would want in a manager representing my business. She took a woman step by step helping her understand her investment and not getting discouraged. One thing came to mind was my fathers general store in Lincoln,Maine when I was a kid.Personal Service. Looking around the room everyone was getting service and the employees were engaged. No distractions. Worth Sharing and Verizon here is good model for you to take a good look at. As I told the customer service people at Verizon on the phone yesterday. Here is an excellent presentation of Sale and Service. Just being honest here. Like John Lennon said: "Being Honest May Not Get You Many Friends,But Itll Always Get You The Right Ones".

They got the job done...Kinda. Our phones werent in stock and they ordered them for us. Came in the wrong color and we received a brief apology, but no attempt to rectify the issue. Our salesperson asked for my password when setting up my new phone to transfer contacts... In what universe is that appropriate??? Extremely limited accessories for our phones (Google Pixel). We ended up at the main location in West Waynesville and were taken care of for accessories. No one at Russ Ave. sent us over there for help, Best Buy was kind enough to refer us to where we could get what we needed. Now THAT is good customer service. UPDATE: just got our first bill with a bunch of charges that were never mentioned to us. Absolutely unacceptable.

I came over to Verizon from another carrier, and was dredding the long process. however my rep Jason Mac made the exp very enjoyable. he found out the data and min we were using with the previous carrier and put my wife and I on the plan that was needed to suit our needs. I was thinking my bill would be higher than what I was paying with my previous carrier but it turned out my bill is now lower than what I was paying due to the fact that Jason took the extra time to find out what we were using in the past. Jason was great to work with, he made a us feel very comfortable and welcome during what we thought would be a sressful situation. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone needing any cellular needs.

Amber Jenkins is a skilled and trustworthy employee at Verizon (Cellular Sales) on Russ Avenue in Waynesville. When I needed help with my iPhone, I sought her out for assistance, and she delivered. She solved my problem, helped me understand how buying a new iPhone could fit in my budget, and helped me select a data plan that suited my needs. She was patient and kind and answered all my questions (even when I called her later and it was her day off work). This is the second time Amber has helped me with a problem, and I will continue to patronize this store and will seek her out for assistance. She is a valuable employee, and I appreciate the hard work she does to keep her customers satisfied.

I went into my local Cellular Sales retailer about a month ago needing to replace my cell phone which had recently died. I was pleasantly greeted by Katt Boggs who looked over my account and proceeded to give me a few options for solving my dilemma. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made my visit a real pleasure. I have recommended her to a few of my friends and told them to ask for her when they look to upgrade or just need a new phone. Very happy with my experience with Katt at the Franklin store. I looked for Verizon in my area to change from Art where I had no Service. I found Verizon on Russ Ave. and decided to go to their store due to the star review was excellent. I called forehand and talked to Ashley. She was so friendly and helpful that I asked to be able to deal with her. She met me on her day off and handled my needs. I have never been so please with the service, the atmosphere, and the knowledge of a product as I was with Ashley. Thank you Verizon for hiring such a wonderful, friendly employee !

I have always dreaded going to Verizon to upgrade my phones! Today my mindset was completely changed. I have always dealt with the corporate location down the road but after dealing with cellular sales I will never return back to a corporate location! My sales rep made my experience such a pleasure! My representative took the time to set up all my accounts, breakdown my bill, and answer every question I threw his way. I am pleased beyond belief. I am taking my wife back tomorrow to get a new phone!

I went into verizon to add a phone to my plan, Domonic Gionti greeted me with a smile and told me that he could take care of that for me with no problems. After a long day at work, this kind of service was definitely a drink of water. He seemed to care about my needs and concerns, gave me my new balance with additional phone, and even helped me to block a text message that i did not know how to do. Awesome Customer Service! This store is my favorite if the 2 in Waynesville.

I have been with Verizon for years. This year, I decided to purchase my new smartphone from the Waynesville Verizon store. James Alley was my salesman. He was so helpful and patient with my purchase. I took a long time deciding on my new phone and he answered every question I had. I eventually went for the LG G5 and am very happy with it. Im a Customer Service Manager myself and James exhibited top class customer service! I had a great experience at this Verizon store. Thank you!

My AT&T service was inadequate in the mountains and my iPhone was old. Im far from being update on new tech devices so I was fortunate to have encountered Dominic who very patiently showed me a wide variety of new phones and features and kindly helped me discover the best phone for me. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Hes an asset to Verizon and a very fine young man. Im pleased with my new devices and know that Dominic will continue to provide support to me.

I was in the store on a recent Saturday and as soon as I walked in Amber Jenkins, Verizon employee, immediately offered to help me. She listened to my concerns and my needs, addressed each of them, enrolled me in a new data plan, answered all my questions, and solved my problems. I am very grateful for her help, her professional demeanor, and her pleasant and courteous manner. I have been to other Verizon stores and did not always get such gracious treatment. Margot D.
