I wish there were negative star ratings. My husband and I went to get my phone line switched to a seperate account from my mom and dads shortly after we got married. After several assurances that removing my phone line from my parents plan wouldnt effect their plan, the people who handled our account reduced the minutes my parents had on their account. Further, we got the minimal number of text messages for each month because we dont text often, but we did want some coverage and were told that the plan would cover 250 text messages shared between our phone. Three months later, we got a phone call about urgent information regarding our account because 57 text messages had been sent from my phone and my phone had no texting plan. We had been told the texting plan was shared between our phones. Further, our bills have been $40/month higher than we were quoted in the store every month. The first month we could understand because there are always a lot of extra charges the first month, but it has been $40 over every month. We were told we would be under a one year contract, and when we called to find out why our bills were so high, we asked how long we still had on our contract because we intend to change phone companies as soon as possible because of all of this. Our contract is set up as a two year contract, even though we were told it was only a one year contract. Further, they havent been sending us monthly paper bills, even though we requested it. We just found out it was because they mixed our addresses and had our P.O. box listed as our physical address. A week into our plan, they messed up the security settings on my phone and I spent four hours talking to people trying to get them to fix my phone so I could make outgoing calls. Overall, we have had a horrible experience with Verizon in general, and most especially the people from this store, as it was the sales representatives here who messed up both our plan and my parents.

I was adding a new line and decided on the IPhone SE when I got to the store was the guy helping me told me they didnt have any of the Rose Gold 64gb. I then said ok and told him bestbuy was doing a $50 gift card for adding this phone to your account and he told me he hasnt ever heard of besybuy doing that. He then went to the manger and they gave me 75$ off the price of the phone and 25% off accessories. I then went to my car to get my card and when I came back he said he "checked the system and it showed no IPhone SEs at Verizon or bestbuy. He also told me bestbuy had been calling them all day asking if they had SEs. So we did our preorder and left, I then went to bestbuy and found out they had 3 SEs in rose gold 64gb. I then ask bestbuy if they had called Verizon and they said we never call them we have separate stock. I then have to call Verizon to cancel that line and preorder so I can add the new line. I inform the lady on the other line and she backs up BESTBUY and says they were right. She then tells me I allways have 25% off accessories, because of the company I work for. I highly recommend you never go to this Verizon to get a phone because of the way he lied to me. All he cares about is his commission and nothing else. I hope a manger will see this and do something about it.

I have been sitting in this store for well over an hour and a half Im still sitting here I bought a jetpack here only two and a half weeks ago its not working and theyre telling me that Ive got a $35 restock fee and I only paid $50 for the unit the customer service persons name is James and I am very mad right now I have a special needs child and they know it and Ive been sitting here forever Im still sitting in the store and they wont replace it the actual unit did not come with a wall adapter and Ive already paid for 12 gigabytes and I know I dont use that much ever I dont watch videos I dont scream I dont do anything like that they are overcharging me and now theyre trying to rip me off I do not suggest using anything from this store do not come to the store at all Im fixing to drop Verizon completely! Trying to get me in a plan !? No way!!! I have dish coming. My husband is coming down here to get something done! I am buying a new phone elsewhere and switching carriers!

I Live in Sylva and my phone broke on a thursday night so I went friday morning to get a new phone they were out of the ones I had so I had to get one shipped to me. The guy I was talking to told me I could either have it Tuesday for free or pay $17.00 to get it shipped and it would be here Saturday morning by 10:30 well I chose to pay the 17 dollars and the next morning I was expecting to get my phone and it never came. So I called the store asking where my phone was and the man I talked to was very rude and told me that Fed-Ex doesnt run on Saturdays and basically that the guy who had helped me the day before lied to me even though I was reassured it would be here Saturday not only multiple times in the store but also I called to double check on the phone Friday evening. I will never go back to this store again Id rather drive a hour away to Asheville than deal with people who are rude and dont pay enough attention to realize what to tell their customers

One of the worse places I have ever visited. Buyer beware! Will pull a bait and switch tactics on you given the chance. Sent my Grandson there because he was having a problem with his newer iPhone. They told him they would replace the phone with a new one. The problem was a warranty problem. Because the phone wasnt a year old yet. So they send a new one. We return the old one. And then billed a month later for the new phone $330.00. Then told the problem with his newer iPhone wasnt under warranty. We tried to get them to return his old phone and were told it had been destroyed. Never again will they suck me in! Will make you feel stupid for doing business with these shysters! Dont believe what they tell you. Please do your research. If I could give zero stars. I would.

I would rate my experience at the Town Center Loop Verizon a couple of weeks ago with Five Stars. I normally hate these cell phone experiences with a passion, but Tyler at Verizon made everything so easy, explained everything carefully and with no rush or pressure and took complete charge and made me feel at ease. It did take a long time to get the transaction completed, mostly on my part not knowing passwords, etc., but totally not his fault. He was a very charming, knowledgeable and competent young gentleman who handled all aspects of the transition professionally, accurately, and with a great demeanor. He seemed to really enjoy his work, contrary to most people his age. I cannot compliment him highly enough. Tyler gets highest marks from me.
