I went to this location and did not even get greeted. So I left and went to the Verizon across from Pizza Hut, I was greeted, and was able to have a great conversation while i was getting my two NEW lines!!! Justin and Andrew are awesome at that store!! they did tell me that that location just went thru an management change, and the previous got them a bad name..... I WOULD DEF RECOMMEND THESE TWO GUYS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! GO SEE THEM ACROSS FROM PIZZA HUT!!!

Although the customer service was not the best when the store first opened, that is no longer the case. I have had to visit the store a few times since May and every time the customer service has been excellent. The employees have all been courteous, respectful and helpful. I definately recommend.

The current manager is HORRIBLE & needs to be Fired! She 1st treated my spouse poorly over a Verizon problem with his iPad Air 2, then she Hid from him!! And 99% of the staff are worthless as well.
