Hi everyone, this is KAM the store manager here at Metropcs 395 N Groesbeck in Mt. Clemens location. I strive on making all my customers happy and I go above and beyond to explain things thoroughly so my customers are very happy and satisfied.. Unfortunately I have some leaving me negative feedback because they are being dishonest about glass and case that I never gave or was poorly installed. Please just be honest and just say it broke and hey Kam can I get another one Instead of saying it just fell off. Please ask hey Kam can I get a discount on a case instead of being dishonest and saying you paid for it but I never gave it to you.. Im honest and I believe in Karma! I also believe in the lord above.. Thank you all for the great feedback left by wonderful customers ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Horrible service completley dissapointed with this store on groesbeck left thinking I was getting same quality phone and they told me yeah same exact as your old phone but then I find out its a downgrade from what I had just completley over metro and there stores

Kamal was very helpful, there were like 10 people in the store and i didnt have to wait more then a couple minutes to get service. Nicest looking location ive ever seen. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone with metro in the area.!!
