If you dont go in the morning, expect a line and a wait of 20+ minutes. There are few people who actually know what they are doing and talking about when it comes to service issues---if you can speak to them face to face. Do not bother calling though because you will most likely not receive help and if youre lucky to get the help, its a longer wait and youll receive attitude the whole time. Other than that, theyre decent people. A few amazing ladies working there for sure.

I love this location! Esmeralda is awesome. She was so helpful and amazing after my phone broke and needed to be replaced. I felt horrible, she saved the day!!!
