I walked into the store and was simply amazed by the customer service and knowledge of their employees! I had Matt help me out with finding the perfect screen protector for my phone and I came out with so much more! He had all the answers for my questions in regards to billing, plans and even phone recommendations! I will definitely come back here whenever I have any questions or need any service! This store wasnt great in the past but they have new management now and they are excellent. Its the best experience Ive had buying any phone at any place. Kyle was attentive and genuine in his service, explaining everything well and providing additional helpful information, and inviting me to come back with any issues. Definitely recommend.

It was necessary for me to stop in to the store downtown (which for me is conveniently located) and the guys there Kyle and Michael were extremely helpful. They were very thorough in explaining my options and they were knowledgeable and friendly.... which is why I always come to this location....they know how to treat their "guest"

We had a wonderful experience at TCC working with Kyle Wood. We stopped in last week to purchase an iPhone for my 88 year-old grandmother. Kyle was very patient and helpful in determining the appropriate data plan for my grandma, and he went above and beyond helping her set up her new phone. We will definitely return.

I love this store for its 1-on-1 attention. Theyve shown me how to use so many features on my phone. Its like having a private tutor for free. And today they helped me save money on my bill. Best customer service ever. Great location & I can walk to it. Very convenient.

Went into the store and was immediately impressed. The store was clean and quiet. I was helped and not pushed into getting anything I didnt need. Free parking for customers was a plus since it is downtown. I will only be going to this store for my cell phone needs.

wow. Matthew was amazing. My phone died and he helped me upgrade. Get everything activated and all the info I would need. He stayed way past closing and made sure I was comfortable with my new Galaxy. Go see Matthew-we will spend time to get everything right!
