After finding out that Best Buy couldnt fix my laptop, I decided to go to Wireless RX on a whim since I saw that they would fix anything digital. They said they would charge me a one time fee and if they couldnt fix it, they wouldnt charge me anything. After about a week, they had found the actual issue with my laptop, an issue that Dell didnt notice when I sent it into them. One of the sockets where that held one of the memory sticks was loose and couldnt actually hold the stick in place. They worked around the issue and now my laptop is as good as new! While they may be mostly known for fixing phones, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to fix anything digital. The staff was very personable and really took the time into making sure the job was done. I could not recommend these guys enough.

Walked out with a new phone screen. Two days later my phone screen is cracked again below the tempered glass. It looked like something was under the tempered glass before it was broken. Note the tempered glass was not broken. I figured I could return it and get the screen replace but because it was "physical" damage they would not allow me to use the warranty. -- Updated review: They did give me a discount and the service person was very nice. The price was cut to $65. I understand that they cannot have a warranty for physical damage; however, based on the fact that my tempered glass was not broken and the phone glass was is very unfortunate. I wish this could be an exception to the rule because there is no way this should happen.

My daughter came here about a year ago to replace the charging port on her iPhone. Her phone completely died and would not turn back on a week ago. She went to apple at polaris where she was told since she had it repaired at wireless rx (recommended by both apple and verizon at the time) they couldnt do much for it. She told my daughter that the reason her phone broke was due to the repair wireless rx did over a year ago. My daughter then went back to wireless rx and told them what this lady said, where the employee got her phone up and running in about 30 minutes. They replaced the battery for a fraction of what apple wanted to even look at it. Id recommend them to anyone, they dont rip you off and do quality repairs.

Last Friday my Samsung S4 had a shattered screen, and took to Wireless RX for a repair. It was repaired promptly, the glass screen (bad) and LCD (not broken) was replaced for $169, but the following Monday evening, it quit on me. When being repaired I asked if they could price match at competitor at $139, but they said they couldnt do that since they use the highest grade parts. However, on Monday evening, 3 days later, the LCD started separating from the glass screen. I have been extremely careful with the phone, and did nothing to cause this to happen.The phone is entirely inoperable now and am very dissatisfied with this company. They did not honor their 90-day guarantee. I would not recommend them.

The power button on my Samsung Galaxy 3 went south a month before the release of the Galaxy 6. After visiting the Sprint store I thought I had only two options. Purchase a new phone I didnt want or pay a ridiculous price to repair my old phone. Then I remembered Wireless - RX. I took in my phone and they gave me a quick free diagnostic and the quote provided was 50% less than Sprint. I left my phone and had it back the next day. I could have had it the same day, but I didnt go by the store until close to closing time. A month later my sons Iphone screen went bad. Again repair cost cheaper with Wireless - RX and my son was happy to have his phone back within 2 hours after I left the house.

I have used Wireless Rx once before with good results, so this review represents just one of two experiences. I was a little disappointed, as my screen had significant dust underneath the new glass that was significant enough that I did not feel comfortable accepting the item back (it looked like a one dimensional snow storm). I came back the next day, and this time the glue was loose on the screen, though the majority of the dust was corrected. Over all, I feel the people working there are kind and accommodating with every visit, but I was frustrated by the constant back and forth to get my tablet fixed this time.

I am a HUGE fan of Wireless Rx. The store is super clean and welcoming. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and HONEST. I had an issue with a speaker on my iPhone. After visiting the Apple Store first, I left feeling like they were trying to rip me off (turns out they were). I went to Wireless Rx and explained the issue on my phone and they were able to fix the issue within an hour and for a fraction of the price that apple was going to charge me!! I will recommend Wireless Rx to everyone I know, I am thrilled with my experience there.

If I need any type of cellular repair of glass screens, charging ports, and or battery replacement. They know how to take care of customers in quick and professional way. These guys are completely on point with the service they offer. I dropped and shattered the front glass of my literally brand new Samsung Galaxy S7 and they were able to fix it in a day. Being local is a huge upside with competitive pricing and not having to send the phone away to be repaired. Pricey, but its a brand new model, its expected and I know the S7 requires some serious technical expertise to repair. Their customer service gets an A+ from me.

Due to my clumsiness and general overall ability to hold on to a damn phone, Ive been to Wireless RX several times. Each time, I was greeted by friendly staff. They have never tried to upsell me things or services I dont need. Wiresless RX is (and will continue to be) my GO TO shop for when I crack the screen on my phone! Oh, and its much more affordable than the deductible youd pay by having your cell phone insurance cover the cost.

My speaker in my phone went out the other day, and I didnt know if I was going to have to get a new phone. Reached out to Wireless Rx and they were able to fix it on the spot. Fantastic atmosphere, clean, friendly technicians, affordable prices too. They offered me complementary drinks while I sat in their lounge watching a big screen TV.
