I visited this store to upgrade my iPhone. Dan, a employee of this store texted me to ask if I wanted to upgrade my new phone. He informed me that if I upgraded, he would give me a glass screen cover and a case for 50% off. He also special ordered the Red iPhone 7 I wanted. I really appreciated my interaction with him, as he was helpful and kind. I would give my texts with him 5/5 stars. However, my in-store experience was profoundly different. Im not sure what the employees name was who I interacted with in the store, but I was not a fan of my customer experience. My main sense of annoyance was that I had expressed that I needed to leave by a certain time in order to attend a play after getting a new phone. The employee, even though I had kindly expressed my need to leave by a certain time, worked extremely slowly. I ended up missing the play I had paid for me and my sister to attend. I repeatedly told him that I was going to see the play, and it seemed like he lacked a certain amount of respect for my time. The employee was extremely talkative, which I generally enjoy in customer service. However, it was upsetting because he was acting as though my number one reason for being in the store was to talk to him and not to upgrade my phone. He would often start talking to me and get into a tangent that lasted up to five minutes. During these tangents, he did nothing with my phone. At the end of the day, even though I do enjoy talking to people, I had entered the store for the purpose of getting a new phone. I do not feel as though my time was respected. Further frustrating was that I felt as though the discussions I was having with the employee I interacted with also reflected a lack of respect for me. At one point, I mentioned that I am on anti-depressants. He told me about how his ex used to be on anti-depressants and that he made her stop taking them. He attested that she is still doing better now and that she often thanks him for making her quit her meds. It was BEYOND condescending and patronizing. Instead of getting my phone upgraded, I was shamed for physically NEEDING antidepressants to restore a chemical imbalance in my brain. Lastly, the employee also tried to sell me a personal hotspot even though I repeatedly told him I did not want one. He gave me his pitch and I refused, but he just kept telling me I needed it even though I already have unlimited data. This interaction took around 10 minutes before he gave up. During these 10 minutes, nothing was done with my phone. After all this frustration, I left the store with my new phone not even fully functional. I still had to go home and chat with Apple Support to figure out how to transfer my iCloud. The employee also didnt tell me to back my data up before restarting my phone, so I lost some of my photos. I had taken some adorable photos, so I was somewhat perturbed. In total, I would not recommend using this Verizon store. The experience I had was not sufficient customer service. The task I entered to complete was unfinished and lengthy without good reason. The employee I interacted with was kind and had the best intentions, but I do not feel I was respected in our interaction.

Daniel made sure I walked out the door with exactly what I needed. Getting a new phone can be so difficult, but this was a painless process because the store is run so well by such kind and well trained staff members. I also was introduced to the glory of Canes chicken fingers because the other employee in the store was nice enough to give me a bite-- shout out to Cyrus for being the real MVP. Nicest guys, clean space, and super easy experience.

My phone was shattered and, needless to say, I l was very upset. As soon as I entered the store, Ashley Honore was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She made the transition over to a new phone very easy and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. Although I would have rather not shattered my phone, I am very happy Ashley was working.
