I had my cracked iPhone screen replaced here yesterday and now I can barely hear through my phones earpiece... Which was not an issue before getting my phone "fixed". Also the touch screen is a little off. B+B informed me theyll fix it since it is still under warranty, but Im still extremely disappointed since the service was more expensive than just taking my phone to Apple. I also had to completely unlock my phone when I gave it to them so they could run a diagnostic... Which they apparently did not do, because I would have to assume they would have discovered this issue. My advice: go elsewhere for phone repair. These guys dont seem to be too careful and might rush the repair during the 1 hour service time... Ill gladly wait longer to avoid a second trip. On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I expect Ill have no issue scheduling a free repair once I return from business travel. Bummed I have to go my whole trip without being able to hear my phone calls.

Ive been here twice now: once to get a new battery for a laptop and once to get the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced, and was I impressed. For the laptop battery I looked at a lot of different places and these guys were the only company who had it in stock. For the iPhone battery replacement it was quick, professional, and affordable, and their customer service was exceptional despite being absurdly busy. In the end I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their prices are affordable, their inventory is diverse, and their customer service is exceptional. You can bet Ill be coming back here again.

Was looking for a rechargeable battery pack to replace some AAs. First gentleman we spoke with was very interested in assisting us and then decided to ask Mark. Without even hearing what we were looking for or about our project, Mark declared "THAT IS ILLEGAL!!!" And promptly turned his back to us. The person who is working on the project is mentally disabled and has a hard time being in public anyways, and associates like Mark do not make things easier. The last time I checked, it is not illegal to replace disposal batteries with rechargeables...

I needed a new car battery. After taking it to some other auto parts stores, I decided to go with Batteries Plus Bulbs. Garret and Chase did a fantastic job answering my questions and fixing my problem. They made a situation that was somewhat stressful for me easy. I highly recommend getting your car battery or any other item from this store. From the knowledge of cars to the information and history of the business they were able to share with me, I was truly amazed. Great experience!

The tech had to figure out that my UPS takes two batteries stacked because I had recycled the dead ones years ago. Despite the puzzle I handed him he got it figured out quickly and now my beefy battery backup is fixed so I can use my computer safely again even though our home power is flickering badly. Batteries Plus Bulbs is way better than AEP at providing consistency & quality.

Dont waste your time getting a car key cut there. I went there 3 times and never got a key duplicated. 1st time they said they didnt have the cutting machine there, 2nd and 3rd times the machine didnt cut it right and the key wouldnt open my car. Had to wait about 20 minutes in the store each time. Staff was really nice and offered up to 50% off, but the machine didnt work.

I went in to have a watch battery replaced. I had a coupon for a free watch battery that I clipped a LONG time ago. It did not have any information identifying it as a Battery Plus coupon. They accepted the coupon and did not charge me for the installation. The installation took about 10 minutes. I was VERY satisfied with my experience.

Very good, helpful service. They always have advice on how to save money. I bought a bulb elsewhere and thought it was defective, but their rep tested it, found it was good, and showed me how to check and fix the problem with the fixture itself and all this without selling me a thing of course. Only have good things to say about them!

Placed an online order for in store pick up really late at night, when I showed up about a minute after the store opened (only 7 hours after placing the order), they were already completing my order. I got in and out in 4 minutes and the cashier could not have been nicer! Highly reccommend this place, great customer service!

Sells all kinds of batteries; will install batteries in watches and fitbits at no charge for labor. Sells all manner of LED light bulbs and will recycle certain batteries. They will test the battery in your automobile, and if it is bad they will install a new battery in your automobile with no charge for labor.

I have nothing but good things to say about batteries plus. The reps are very knowledgeable and help out a lot. I have been there for a number of what I would consider to be "strange batteries". They always have it in stock and ready to go. Their AGM battery services and expertise is also unmatched.
