Beware of these guys. I had a very bad experience with this store and believe the owner lies and cons people to get more money. Now I believe the owner has 3 more stores besides this one! I brought my iPad to have my cracked glass fixed this past sept. and when I got it back it was not working correctly..it had ghost touch. I brought it back to the store and the owner insisted that it was a completely different problem and wanted to charge me more money. I was leaving on vacation and didnt have time to leave it anyway so he offered me an older iPad or a mini iPad that was being phased out, both over $200, as long as I handed over my iPad 5th generation to him. That wasnt happening. He finally agreed to give me my money back and took the screen off and gave me back my iPad. Life happened and I finally ordered the glass and started researching the issues and found that the ghost issue was directly related with the screen replacement. I also noticed that the owner not only took the glass back but also kept the LCD display screen which was not broken at all and other little parts like screws and a small cover. I went back to the store and he gave me back the little cover, worth maybe 2 dollars, but nothing else. He also tells so many conflicting stories, that it is very hard to believe anything he says. I wont be going there ever again!

This place is a scam it took them 2 week to fix my phone after they told me they would only have it for 3 days Nd then when I got it back it was missing speaker covers on the screen screws were left out there is a loose connection so the screen works when it wants this place will take your money lock you out of your phone Nd you will still end up having to buy a new phone so save ur self the hassle Nd dont go here I normally dont review places but no one should have to deal with this experience I thought I was getting my phone fixed instead it was just a waste of 130 dollars if u do choose to use this place buyer beware you will end up wasting your money and time better off going somewhere else or getting a new phone there price may be cheaper but the price always goes up by the time u pay Nd they use junk parts that are not OEM quality and will not last u will be back in 2 weeks paying them for another screen fix

AWESOME PRICES & AMAZING SERVICE!!! I recently brought in my Galaxy S4 to Batteries Plus to have my crack screen repaired. Of course it was not cheap, but going in I knew that any repair on this type of phone would not be. Not more than a week later, my phone fell off of my bed and onto my carpet, barely bumping my nightstand on the way down, and once again my phone was destroyed. I brought it back to them hoping for some kind of a deal, since it was my second fix in less than 2 weeks, but that was just wishful thinking. Luckily one of my friends referred me to Cell Phone Repair. Not only was it alot cheaper to have it fixed, but the owner also informed me that Batteries Plus had replaced my screen with an aftermarket thin cheep screen. I payed almost half the price & it was done and ready for me in just a couple hours. I respect & appreciate the honesty, quality & service I received. Thank You Again!!!

Customers beware, guy doesnt know squat abut repairing phones and all he talks about is IMEI, wanted to trade me a phone when we agreed you would diagnose the problem Im having with my phone. Yes people youve heard right, I called and they said they will diagnose my device to see whats wrong with it so I went in and they were a bunch of talk and tried offering me a trade for some old device. That was very very unacceptable Sir. Dont waste my time if you cant fix something when someone calls and asks please tell them right away so you dont waste their time and gas, like you wasted mine

Dont bring your phone here unless you dont need it for two weeks. They didnt even give us a courtesy call when a part came in defective. We were promised to have it back in a few days.When we finally got the phone back it was missing the speaker covers for the face of the phone and they had put a lock on it so we couldnt reactivate it. When the Verizon tech called they said there was nothing they could do to help remove the lock. We paid in full for repair and they kept phone for two weeks but it was necessary to lock it? Total hack job! Wont be going back....

The only reason this place gets one star is there is no way to put 0 stars. DO NOT come here. They were supposed to fix my iPad screen and broke it. They then wanted more money to try to fix what they broke. Then they tried to sell me a 3 year old model. I asked for all the parts back minus the new screen and they did not return them even though they said they did. When I went to try and repair it myself, many of the parts were missing as they kept them. When I went back they spun a web of lies. STAY AWAY!!!

I was quoted to have my I pad repaired for $70 however their technician was unavailable on both Thursday and Friday when I called (4pm when they are open until 7pm). I called again on the following Monday to see if their technician was in, which he was, however the price jumped from $70 to $109... When asked why they said the priced changed over night on Saturday... How convenient... Ill be taking my device to another shop in spring hill who quoted me for 75 without a "sudden" price change

Amazing. Took my iPhone 6. Repaired the LCD and glass in under 30 minutes! After talking with him he discovered that I am a teacher and Principal at a local school here in Pasco and he took a significant amount of money off. He explained that we all have to take care of our educators and those that work with our kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A local business owner that "gets it" and is looking to make a difference in our community.

I was greeted with a smile and a handshake Joe was very helpful in every question I had for her and was very knowledgeable I felt very comfortable with what I wanted to buy they had everything in Stock for the phone I was buying glass protection and a great otter box and not to mention about there Bluetooth selection very happy with them and will tell everyone about the experience Thank you cell phone repair

Told my mom her screen on her phone was fixed, then avoided her for a month. After a police report was made and they were contacted by authorities, they called her very childishly, being very rude and nasty. Shortly thereafter, they returned her phone with the original cracked screen but with internal issues that didnt previously exist.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I dropped my phone off on saturday and the guy told me it would be ready in about two hours and no later then 6Pm and that he would call my mom when it was done so i could pick it up.. I never recieved a call , now it is sunday and i still cannot get my phone because they are they are closed!
