It is sad when you sign up for the highest speed of internet available, yet the internet doesnt even function 75% of the time. They are the only internet providers in my area so they can get away with it. I have nearly failed online tests for school simply because of the internet. I plan to move soon partly because the internet in this town makes it impossible for me to simply be a college student!

I recently went to this store, and it was busy which was to be expected. However, there was 3 customers in front of me waiting to be helped and 2 of the employees were just standing around talking and looking at their phone. They didnt greet us or ask if they can help. I will be using a different AT&T store in the future.

My experience has been frustrating with this provider. I will never use AT&T under any circumstances after i move. I have to move to be able to use the internet efficiently. The amount of money Im paying is outrageous for the services Im not even provided. I feel mistreated and as though theyve scammed me.

These people suck so bad its unreal. I am "guaranteed" 5-6mbps Im getting roughly 120kilobites. This is so bad words cant describe it. But im in a monopoly as they are the only provider in my area. So for those who read this if you can stay far far far away from these pieces of garbage

Help sucked when we went, husband spoke with them and of course said they would beat Verizons price, we determined that was a LIE! I was gonna cost us even more to switch. They just didnt seem to "want" our business... so they didnt get it.
