I have never felt so disgusted by Verizon as I was after my recent experience. I went in to this location to look at new phones - mine had recently received water damage right before I went out of the country on vacation. By the time I came to this location, I had been without a phone for more than 1 week. After looking at phone options, I decided to get my number activated on my previous iPhone until I decided which model I want to buy. The sales associate, Brad, then tried to blackmail me, telling me if I wanted my phone activated, I needed to write him a 5-star Google review right there. He went so far as to tell my boyfriend to go to his car to get his phone that was charging to do the review, since he wasnt turning mine on until it was done. I told him we were certainly going to give him a review. He then said "Promise?" and, I had to say yes before he would proceed. By this point, I was in utter disbelief. I have never had an employee of any store refuse to provide service until a positive review was provided. Would you tip a server before a meal? Would you pay for an Uber ride and rate the driver before you took the drive? After he activated my phone and as we walked out, he again said "You guys really are going to write that review, arent you?" My response was "Yes, we will certainly be reviewing you." So, Brad, heres your review. You might have cost Verizon a customer to get it, and you certainly cost your store any future business I may have given you. I still need to get a new phone, but it wont be from this Verizon store - or maybe any Verizon store!

Currently, Im on vacation in Florida. As one can imagine, the sand and salt water on the beach is not very friendly to mobile devices. I looked up the nearest verizon store and began my excursion. After some GPS skills, I arrived at my destination with somewhat of a sour expression on my face imagining the hassle and trouble I was about to go through trying to select a new phone and getting all of the Data transferred over from my old phone. I strolled inside out of the heat and into a very relaxed and helpful environment that was the verizon store. As I approached the front desk, I was immediately consulted with by a representative named Brad. Without interruption, helped me decide on a new phone by telling me their specifications and features along with a bit of insider information on the phones that are just simply not common knowledge. After deciding on my new phone we swiftly elimated the pesky problem of getting all of my contacts, pictures, videos, and the rest of the Data on to my new phone. With some technical know how, a bright helpful personality, and just a bountiful amount of information about mobile devices available from Brad, I was able to have one of the best customer service experiences in memory. A special thanks to Brad for being extremely helpful and being the prime example of all the qualities that make up a superb verizon wireless representative. Game of thrones ftw.

I went into the Verizon store today Im very unhappy and very disgruntled. I met a young gentleman named Steve he was extremely helpful extremely polite and extremely pleasant. We were offered refreshments and said he could not leave until I had a smile on my face he worked with me he made phone calls worked everything out that the problems that I was having with my phone and Im extremely happy. This gentleman went above and beyond service to help me today. I dont know what your procedure is for rewarding employee such a Steve but this gentleman was by far the most helpful person that weve talked to. Weve had trouble for the last month and this is the only gentleman who actually solve my problems after 4 visits to your store this steve was the only one who could help me and he did a very politely and he was very very understanding of my frustration and dealt with me professionally. He went into my phone found and fixed the source of the problem which no one else could do after four visits prior to meeting Steve. I do not know what your policy is towards rewarding such employees but in my opinion this gentleman deserves the highest award that you give for customer satisfaction.

I tell you what..I have never had a more personable hands on salesperson in my est 7 years being a Verizon customer! Steve Berta has always been on 24 hr call with any questions and to trouble shoot any issues I have which were usually just not knowing how to work my phone...BUT.. the over and beyond is why I am writing this.. I was trying to take a vacation out of town and was so busy with work and was totally stressing out because I did not have my new phone completely set up for emails to be seen and to learn about how to work the camera features for pictures I would be taking...bottom line..my plane was leaving early in the morning and Steve actually came to my residence after he got off work to set up the phone! Now thats what I call SERVICE! I dont know of any other salesperson that would of done that. As for the store and management staff..they have always been great and I remember I was having an issue with the actual Verizon people on the phone and a staff member actually called the mgr at home on the phone to get assistance and the mgr knew exactly what to do and took care of the problem that no one over at the corp customer service could handle. LOVE THIS STORE!

They were so nice when I went to buy my new iphone 6s with the top of the line screen protector and OtterBox and assured me many times that if anything broke or was lost (phone, screen protector, or OtterBox) that they would happily replace them since I had insurance and warranties. Until my screen protector broke and had to fight with them to get a new one. Then my phone was dropped in water and they refused to replace it in store they told me i had to file a claim online. I just went to another store and they replaced it right away. They are obviously just just lazy or only worried about the money in their pocket. They definitely DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. This place is a perfect example of the problem with capitalism in the modern world. Either youre spending money here or were walking you out the door. Its pathetic and disgusting. Ive worked in retail and the service industry for a long time and I always have treated others with respect NO MATTER WHAT! How hard is it to care about the person across the counter?

Spoke with sales representative " Steve ", and he spoke to me and explained what I needed in a language anyone could understand. He walked me through the entire process painlessly, and Im a 60 year old whos not tech savvy. Steve went over and beyond what I expected and out did himself with everything he did for me. I couldnt be happier with the phone he recommended and saw to it even days and weeks after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be recommending Steve and this store to anyone I speak with who is interested in purchasing and/or wishing to update their phones and service. I am grateful for the way I was treated when I entered the store and even with leaving the store. He gave me door service all the way to my vehicle. Thank You Steve & Verizon for making my visit a Good One. Ill be back !!!
