I wish there was Zero Stars. These guys are asses. They promise you signal out by Metro Beach and you cannot get it after youve already signed up. Ive tried for a year to get it corrected. When I went up there to complain and try to get this fixed they locked my phone so I could only make emergency calls. So if you live anywhere near Harrison Township its hit or miss service good luck!!! I have 4 phones and none of them work out there. Go to 12 mile and Gratiot theyre much more polite and they wont LIE to you like telling you theres service when theres not just to get you hooked. I will be leaving T-Mobile as soon as I can.

Wow the service here and the actual help these guys give is remarkable. I recommend seeing Wassem (Wes). The guy is knowledgeable, friendly, has excellent customer service skills and is there just to help out. Will recommend them to anyone looking to get service / phone / accessories. Thanks Wassem!

Best customer service out of any T Mobile location that I have ever experienced! Specifically, Wes helped me out big time when I woke up to a cracked phone 4 days after getting a brand new one. He remembered me and got me a discount on the repair and had it returned to me within 3 hours.
