Wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend ordered a new phone last week, and it came in on a Tuesday, he went at 7 pm on Tuesday to pick it up only to approach a locked door, and them telling him their closed, although their sign says open until 8 pm. So we go AGAIN today at 6:30 pm only to approach another locked door and practically get yelled at for trying to open it, when again they say their open till 8 pm. Well be going to a different location and recommending all of our friends to as well. Lazy workers...

I came in to open a contract with verizon. Not only did the gentleman help me pick out the right phone he was very informative with all the features of each phone and we decided which one was most appropriate for myself. He also gave me a plan based on my usage. I spent almost an hour in there and the whole time he was very pleasant and helpful. He did not try to oversell me unlike other stores who are really pushy. I will definitely be returning for any upgrades, accessories, inquiries I have.

What a professional experience I had at this Verizon Wireless location today. Lennon was so thorough and helpful despite being stuck there late and having to manage multiple customers by himself. He was extremely friendly and patient and went above and beyond to answer any questions. Highly recommend this location for any Verizon purchases/trouble shooting needs you may need.

The two guys who normally run this place couldnt care less about their customers. Long wait times, barely any display items, a regular hole in the wall. Having said that, they have recently hired a new guy who seems alright. I live right next to this store but travel out of my way to go elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

Of all the phones stores i have been in the people in this store are always the least helpful. It seems like they dont even want to help you and when they helped my father they ripped him off and told him to purchase extra items that he did not need. Save your time and visit another Verizon store
