Came in for an upgrade, staff was pushy, just rushed through things on your phone, never explaining fully. Female staff interrupted on our return visit... very rude, talks down to you.The customer service dept ( people who work there) are not interested and Will Not help you if you are not there to buy something. Only interested in making money from sales. Not to mention rude as heck. My wife had other questions, He fixed one problem but only because I insisted. Very disappointed on how rude they were on our two visits. Wanted to have them put a plastic sheet on her phone and said sorry we are out. Also never mentioned insurance, didnt explain questions my wife had, just rude and wanted to get us out the door, and we never got a booklet explaining features of the phone, we like Verizon but will go to the nearest town instead of the rude people at Lake City location.

The customer service dept ( people who work there) are not interested and Will Not help you if you are not there to buy something. Only interested in making money from sales. Not to mention rude as heck. I wanted to switch phones with my daughter-same plan. Oh you can do that online. Yes but im here now. Not the only time. My sons phone wouldnt go on the internet,which we pay nicely for,asked for help,the sales person grumped and said is this a pre paid phone? I said no we have a huge family plan. He fixed it but it was because I gave him the look. I am so SICK of rude people.

Terrible customer service if you are not willing to upgrade or buy something. The kids there know less about Android than a 34 year old man. Do not let them touch your phone. The only ghing they know to do is a factory reset which erases everything. Better hope you pay exorbiant prices for the cloud. UNREAL!

Great Corporate Store, Definitely the Best Verizon Store in Town. Have been with Verizon for 10+ years and lived many places as I am a Consultant. This one is a Corporate Store and they are very friendly and can take care of you better than non-corporate ones in town.

Very friendly staff with a pretty good selection of items. Interior is clean and organized. Prices feel a little high compared with their competitors. Best to call technical support for problems as staff are not very technical.

The staff was very helpful and polite. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and someone assisted me with 5 minutes. The associate helping me even tried to save me money on my monthly bill..... he couldnt but he looked.

Too pushy, very rude to you if you didnt come in ready to buy the whole store. The representative constantly tried forcing a tablet on me and I had no need for the cheap one that they were trying to sell.

Nathans attitude was horrendous. Ill drive to jacksonville before i come back here. Waited 20 minutes to be told they dont have what i need and theyll have to order it.
