Well where do I start. These "great staff (said by other reviews)" are scam artists. First they never told us about the phone (updated us)for about a week if it was doing OK or if the part arrived. a week later they "arrive" and even though they said it will take a half hour "put together" but we declined later to take it back. After we decided to take it back and change where to fix it, they DESTROYED THE PHONE AND TOOK THE SCREEN purposely and then the "owner" "left" before we could talk.

I broke my iphone earlier on Sunday, and was devastated. My girlfriend saw the truck after a meltdown I had on the phone with her and flagged the truck down lettered up with Cellular emt on it and called me I put it the ticket in online to get phone phone fixed and a hour later they were at my door step. They took my phone and in 15 mins it was repaired I couldnt have been more happier. I advise anyone to use this service your will be satisfied with the continuity of service!

Highly recommend if you have a broken device go see Cellular EMT. They have the best prices and courteous staff. They fixed my phone and my daughters iPad faster than I could finish my lunch. They were even able to get my wifes water damaged phone to work again so we could save precious photos. I send anyone I know who has a damaged device to them. I heard theyll even come to you for phone repair! Amazing service! Keep up the great work!

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! I received excellent & friendly service by everyone. Great family owned business & they really care about their customers. The owner teasingly chastised me for not having a good case on my phone. He called it a "decoration". When I went to pick up my phone he had not only ordered the part for my phone but he ordered me a case as well. Now that is what I call customer service. You guys ROCK!!!

This store is excellent. Incredibly fast, incredibly friendly, and incredibly reasonable. I walked into the store to replace an iPhone 6 screen and was out within an hour or so with a phone that looked brand new and reasonable costed. The workers I dealt with were so friendly. The best youre going to get in terms of this service. Also conveniently located across from Eastside Bagel.

I work for Michigan Commercial Door Company Located in St. Clair Shores and its imperative that my technicians have a working phone at all times, well over the last few months I have taken 4 phones with broken screens and other issues and the repair turn around time is so quick (24-48 hours) and the customer service is second to none-thanks Cellular EMT!!!

took my tablet in with broken screen on a friday was told it would be ready that next thursday it was not was told waiting on part , should be there over weekend was not .finally after two weeks i went back got broken tablet and deposit. they dont return calls or offer anyexplanation would not recommend this place

I shattered the display on my iPhone6 it was even popping off on 1 side. The screen was flickering, completely unusable, I go to the store and find out not only will they deliver to my house when complete, but they would have scheduled an at home fix ($100)!! Very friendly as well 5 Stars

I just had my phone repaired last week and they placed my tempered glass on the phone for me. That day, my screen shattered when I placed it on my countertop, face up. The weird thing is, the tempered glass didnt shatter but the actual phone screen did!! Sad that it wasnt worth the $180.

They couldnt fix my phone even though they told me more than once that they could. I ended up coming in 4 times and each time they said they had a solution. I ended up getting a partial refund of $15 after I spend $100 for them not even being able to fix my iPhone. 1/5.

Bad vibes in this place so I went somewhere else. A different customer was treated rude by the owner (I think) when I went. I gave my business to a store nearby and they said its not the first time they heard someone was treated bad here.
