Probably the worst experience with Metropcs I have ever had, I have been with this company for over 7 years. DO NOT go here. This guy is a scam artist. His entire set up is a joke, he obviously cant handle running a tanning salon at the same time. I was told the price would be $55. Verbal agreement made. Then after activating the phone $65?? Are you kidding? I told him no, that is not what we agreed on. He says "oh I didnt charge that thats metropcs" &insists on it. Then after arguing he can suddenly "take off $5" oh I thought you werent making those fees? YOU DONT GIVE SOMEONE A PRICE THEN CHANGE IT AFTER YOU ACTIVATE THE PHONE!! Bad for business! I walked out! Took my business to another store & unfortunately because of you my upgrade was "used". I suggest everyone to stay away!! He plays with your money!

Well looking at some of the other reviews, Im glad that they werent open when I stopped by there. Their sign clearly says they open at 9am. I was there at 9:03 and they were closed. I figured Id give them a few minutes, everyone has their days, and tried to open the door at 9:20 and STILL closed. Wonder if they are planning on opening sometime TODAY. If youre not going to open your store on time, then maybe you should leave your house sooner.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Poor customer service and were more worried about making money then helping fix our problem. They were idiots and didnt know what they were talking about and wasted our time. I went to a different location and they were willing to help me fix my issue within 5 minutes. I think i will be changing my service provider now. WORST METRO PCS LOCATION EVER! P.S. Stick to tanning.. Not phones

Awful service. Every time that someone walked in the door; the womans attention would shift from me to them. After an hour of this, I called a friend of mine and got the answers to the questions I was asking. Left without purchasing a thing.
