Had a bad experience here. Never had problem before. Tried to exchange charger that didnt work. Had it a few months. I told the sales lady Lydia it could be mine or my daughters. She kept questing me about if it was mine or my daughters. I asked if she was trying to start an argument. Very rude. She said they couldnt exchange it. I was walking to the front of store and told other employees what happened. Then she came up to the front of the store. I told her that I hope she still has a job with the way she treats customers. Lydia asked if I was threatening her. I said no. I cannot believe she would even say that smart remark in front of her coworkers. Shows how rude she is. I will not be back and also filed a complsint.

Very clean, very organized, and very polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the company Verizon is a bad cell company. If you go to Verizons website it says: "Thats $80/mo for 20 GB of data + 4 phones x $20/mo per line for a total of $160/mo." Meanwhile, T-Mobile has a plan where you get 24 GB of "fast" data and unlimited "slow" data for 4 phones for $120/month. When we went to the Verizon store to see if they could try and compete, they not only said that they cant, but they also said the website is out-of-date or mistaken because the closest thing they had to offer was 24 GB for $180/month. Just use T-Mobile or Sprint or Ting or Project Fi, those 4 companies have great deals (depending on how much data you want).

Love this VZW store. Very clean and nicely set-up. I love all the workers there...especially my faves, Scitt W., Tim and Lisa (what a great name, huh!?!). Theere are quite a few others I like a lot as well but inky know then by face. They treat me wonderfully and I am always satisfied when leaving.They never give me a hard time and they always try to help me the best they know how. These workers at this store go above and beyond!!!

Verizon tech support told me to go to a Verizon store to help borrow a battery so I could transfer all my information from one phone to another and when I got here they basically said I was screwed and they dont do that stuff there. Theyre not very helpful

The staff is friendly, BUT be careful they charge you correctly. I have noticed a pattern of staff not knowing, or pretending not to know, discounts. Know exactly what you want before you go in.
