I came into the store today with a dead battery that I had bought from another location. The new manager and her staff were super nice. They replaced my battery and when I put the new battery in I brought the car back and they tested my electrical system. The manager was working with another customer as well and was offering to go to Tampa to pick up a phone battery and bring it to them in New Port Richey because they were going out of town. Great customer service is not very common these days and I just wanna give this team a big thank you for their hard work.

Went in to get a new car battery about an hour ago. Batteries Plus price was $50 less than Firestone for a battery. Tyler was quick to install the new battery with care and there was no additional installation or disposal fees. I was done in less than 15 minutes. And I didnt have to listen to a litany of items that were wrong with my car. What a great experience. Thank You Tyler and Batteries Plus. I will definitely use them again and have already told 3 people about the great experience.

Have a batteries plus lifetime watch battery guarantee for several years. On the average a battery lasts 1 1/2 to 2 years. Last one i got lasted less than 6 months. Possibly using low quality replacements if its a warranty claim. Otherwise always friendly staff that are eager to assist.

The staff was very rude. They seemed to be inconvenienced by customers. Their lousy customer service and high price point makes this store one to avoid. Heres a tip, buy your batteries online. At least you wont have to deal with the miserable staff.
