I just got out of the Verizon store and I will NEVER go back there again. The employees are RUDE and DISHONEST. They made me WAIT for almost 25 MINUTES before anybody even addressed me. I tried to aske about the new iPhone, and they treated me like I was some kind of an IMBECILE, or like I was WASTING THEIR TIME. I am going to make it my personal MISSION to tell EVERYONE I know how TERRIBLE my experience was there. Two words: THE WORST!!!

Every time we go in here the guys are so very helpful! They answered all of our questions and help us purchase our phones. We have been in there numerous times with questions on our phones, router, wireless and house phone and they are always so eager to help out. Kept phoning to have screen replacedweek or two later started to lift and got moisture under it Took it back to get repaired was told mustve dropped it in water never did. Then told not doing any repairs till the first of the year you wont do anything to help me out with this good business practice
