STAY AWAY from this tmobile store. I went there because its only 1.5miles from my house. This was my issue I have a LG V20 phone that i bought 6 months ago from tmobile and just wont turn on. LG phone has a 1 yr manufactures warranty. so I went to the store they told me to call LG customer service because they can not help me with my phone issue because i did not avail the tmobile phone insurance. This is BS. They should have help me because i bought it from them. so what I did was I went to tmobile Largo mall and help me with my issue in just 5mins they have process my warranty exchange with my phone and they gonna send a new one in 2days.

I been a T Mobile customer for 12yrs and I was treated very bad. I went to purchase a phone for my daughters birthday got the phone took it to her she said its the wrong phone called T Mobile. Now i only had the phone for about 45 minutes. The wouldnt work with me all i wanted was to get the right phone which was more money I didnt mind paying a little more but he charged me a restocking fee $50 that wasnt right and they wouldnt give me the regional manager number. Im never going to that store again bad customer service I will right this everyday. Im mad as hell!!

Went to the store on Missouri ave. Got a contract with a phone and tempered glass and phone case. Was told the phone case and tempered glass would be free with the phone purchase. Get my bill and was charged 39.99 for glass and 39.99 for phone case. Wow thats far from free. Should of went with my gut feeling and stuck with the store at largo mall instead of this side line non corporate store. Do business here at your own risk.

We walked in and were never greeted or asked to wait. We waited for about 20 minutes with no direction on how long it would take them to get to us. We only stopped there because we needed to buy something and other locations were not convenient at the time so we had to stop there. Staff seemed irritated and eager to go home. Very unprofessional. If you have time and need a tmobile store, best around is Largo mall.

I went in there an got waited on by 2 heavy set girls with dark hair they were the rudest employees I have ever met im surpose to buy a phone from a girl an I hope its not a woman they were nice to the people that are saying nice things cause you must of been handing them money or she was having a good day

Worthless store T-Mobile must just like to give out money to pay incompetent employees. They never communicate with eachother you call them on The phone and one employee will tell you something and when you go into the store and another employee will tell you something completely different

The new management has taken this store above and beyond. If you havnt been here since August 1 you need to come in. Its like a brand new store. Everyone is kind and helpful. This will be my T-mobile store from now on.
