Very bad customer service I bought my phone later that day I realized problems with it took it back up there the next day they said all they can do Is master reset it which did nothing and I asked what if this happen again they said I would have 2 call samsung the maker of the phone and I realized after I left it happened again so I called samsung they said all they.can do is try 2 fix it I would have 2 go threw this lonnngg process and they said I shouldve recieved a store warranty also so I called 2 see what that was and basically they dont have one just 2 call samsung so I just wasted.200 dollars on a prevail phone that was broke 2 begin with highly upset :( and I also sold them my other phone so I have no back up .....wouldnt recommend u 2 go here ;)

bad customer service i live ouside columbus thirty miles away i needed a new virgin mobile phone and the girl that answered the phone was so rude saying she couldnt give me any prices or info that i should get down there and look for myself cuz she was to busy to help me out since i might not come in and buy something . well shani or hower ever u spell ur name i for sure aint gonna come in and buy something now and i was looking for a smart phone too guess not wen u have dumb people working for u
