Wow where do I begin. As a warning this place will obfuscate facts and had less than appropriate sales tactics. The management does help when they can and did give me $50 store credit for all my issues but now I may be out over $400 for a "phone contract" which the details were not revealed. If I am forced to pay this, I would have paid $700 for the phone, more than it was worth at the time of purchase! As a note, I am currently awaiting to hear back from both corporate and the store. In January I came to the store for a new phone and new plan, so I could transfer my wife. The guy that filled out my paperwork never gave me a printed copy of my plan and swears he covered everything in the contact as I had to read it on a tiny digital display. I pay $300 for an LG G2 (with a manufacturers rebate of $159) A month later, after I attempt to transfer my wifes line unsuccessfully I find out, through Verizons horrendous customer service, that my contact was never sent in! My wifes service was turned off as she was supposed to bet on mine, so I sign up over the phone. The monthly quote they give me over the phone is $40 more a month than what this store quote me. So I told Verizon this retailer gave me a much cheaper price and I signed a contract. I ask for my contact from the store, conveniently it does not exist in their record and they have no paper copy. They told me they would have to request a copy from Tennessee or something, it could take weeks. So I eventually had to sign up over the phone. Then I received a bill nearly double my monthly amount. No one at Verizon cant explain it. I pay it then I leave for T-Mobile. Verizon never send me a cancelation bill and autodebits $355 from my account, without my permission. I had to call and ask for my bill and they wanted to charge me for my own bill, but they waived it. Now I get a letter from the company that owns this store claiming I owe $399 for the phone, that their discount required me to be a Verizon customer for 181 data. This was never mentioned or even hinted towards, the guy selling me the phone never even said the discount was from his store with any strings attached, nothing. They want more money than the phone was when worth when I got it! $700 in total! Do not shop here. If you do, ask for a paper contract you can read prior to signing on their digital display. Else, you may be misled.

My husband and I went to the Reynoldsburg store to switch from Sprint to Verizon. David Fulgham was our sales rep. He was wonderful!! We came in to the store yesterday and he explained our options to us thoroughly. We told him the phones and accessories we wanted and he made sure that those items would be available for us the next day (when we would have time to actually do the contract). Today we returned and gave him a very short time frame to have all completed as we had another commitment. He went over and above in assisting us and made sure that both phones we completed for us in the time frame we gave him. All was done flawlessly! I cant rave enough about Mr. Fulgham. He made sure we have his cell phone number and assured us it was OK for us to call anytime with any question. He was very competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone seek him out to assist them with Verizon phones. Thank you Verizon and Mr. Fulgham!

Today my phone became a brick while I was at work. I went to the Main Street Verizon store where I talked to this awesome guy who assisted me. He recommended that I buy a new phone because my phone was not working properly. I selected my phone and it wasnt in stock at that location but it was in stock at the Worthington location. I went into this store and talked to an awesome dude who helped me set up my new phone. There was also another awesome guy there. Overall, I had a great experience getting my phone set up. I will definitely be back to work with these awesome dudes again!

Vary personable and friendly I went into this location thinking they would try to up sale me or try a high pressure sales tactic . much to my surprise that did not happen I had downloaded something that I had no clue what it was and I felt stupid that I could not remove it myself . An associate helped me and let me know it happens all the time once it was fixed he said if you have any more issues call me at this store It might not seem like a big deal but I assure you the fact Im even writing this means it is. Awesome store .

This place is by far the best verizon store i have ever been to. As I walked in they got up and walked up to me with a smile and welcomed me in. They are super friendly and willing to help in any way. I had a phone issue which the rep corrected and helped me understand and he also brought up my plan and saved me $20 a month. I thought Verizon was out to get our money but this young man saved me money.! Thank you Scott Stephens!!! I will never go into another Verizon store other than this one! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Wife had her phone stolen and we went here to get things sorted. The staff was very helpful and supportive when showing us our options. After a miscommunication from corporate Verizon telling us we could upgrade and then rejecting it Marquie went to bat for us with Verizon customer service for about 3 hours. Please believe me when I say the staff here have the customers interests at heart. Though it was a long visit, thanks for the experience, guys. 10/10 would lose phone again

If I could rate this store 1 out of 100 it gets a 100 for sure. Very professional and patient representatives here. The Verizon store is very convenient to both rout 70 and rout 270 highways. My bill was screwed up from going to the Roberts road store and Scott took matters into his own hands and took care of it and ended up saving me money in the long run. I live about an hour away from this store and will gladly drive that far too get excellent service, thank you Scotty!!

My mom was having trouble with her phone and storage on her recent vacation and was pretty upset she had trouble taking pictures. She went into the store to find a solution and the rep that helped her was able to let her know what was happening and why and get her a solution. They were extremely helpful and actually helped her with another issue she wasnt even aware of! Super friendly, no pressure to do something she didnt want to and extremely helpful!!

I just came from the store at Easton and it was a nightmare. I was there for 4 hours and got nothing accomplished. They called me by a number, not a name. I left thinking I was done with Verizon for good. The gentleman here was super great!!!! He was very genuine and friendly. Fixed my issue in 20 minutes and had me on my way. Very grateful this store was on my way home. Now I can worry about my kids and not my Verizon issues. Thanks so much Scott!!
