I didnt even want to give any stars. Every time we go in here, no one knows whats actually going on. 3 associates will all tell you different things. I had the Note 7 that was blowing up and took it in like Samsung and sprint said to do, and at first they wouldnt take it. He told me just to keep it until the replacements came in, no one in the USA had problems, and that Id be fine. A week later I went back to get their loaner phones and they refused to give me one. Finally, 2 weeks AFTER the recall they took my phone back because it was getting hot when I charged it, and I had just saw someones in St Pete blew up. I was not walking out of there with that phone. Called to ask about the taxes, talked to the manager and told him Id be there in 5 mins to let them hear customer care and he said ok. Got there 4 mins later and he left rifht before i got there. WTH?!?! They told me I had to order my replacement. First time hearing about this. And that I had to pay the taxes on the phone AGAIN. Called customer care and put them on speaker phone and they told the associates I didnt have to pay the taxes again because I already had and gave them the transaction number, but they said continuously that I did. Wouldnt give me a refund either. So customer care just credited my account and I will be going to a different store to get my new phone. They are rude here, unprofessional, and never on the same page regarding anything going on with sprint and their store. Will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to go here.

I have been having a Terrible Experience and being charged for an Item that I do not even have in my Possession Called a Wireless Hot Spot I have tried to call the customer service number and all they do is credit back my account Every month I have to call every month to do this They have looked up the device and have noted that there is no Usage on it. I dont understand why it wont be taken off my Bill. This Last weekend I visited the Store in the Largo Mall with my Issue, and I was told by one of the Reps there that He knows the rep that switched my plan and gave me this Device months ago and he wouldnt say he gave me something he didnt Really? Thats not the way handle this. I dont have this and its not being used. then the Manager stepped in and said hed Speak with the District Manager and for me to try and look for it and they Would Call me back that was Saturday it is now Wednesday No one has called me and this continues to be charged to my Account. I also have called several times to the Customer service with no help this has been such a burden every month and then to be treated Like I Stole this or something they should have never changed my account around in the first place and say I would save money when I in turn ran out of Data 2 days Later! I will never Recommend this store or Sprint to any one and hopefully I can shut this phone service down and be done with it.

this store is by far the best sprint store i have ever been to. I have had sprint for some where around a decade and these guys are the best. there extremely helpfull, informative, and are great with customers. they know how to read you very well so they can tell if your new to certain phones or your just uprgading to get more power. i just recently upgraded to the note 2 and james knew my knowledge fo phone extensive so he just skipped to the next step lol. I had such a good time there being helped and conversating with the staff when i walked out i forgot i spent almost 400$ on a phone and axcessories, and that pretty good.The next day i took my wife to upgrade her line( she is not as tech savy as i) and rob took care of her and made sure she knew the ropes and the phone was all set for her before we walked out . these guys are awesome

dont go to this store. they will tell u what you want to hear just to sell phones n contracts. now a year later im fighting with sprint just to upgrade my phone because i was told by one of the employees i can upgrade when ever i wanted with no fees or early lease cancelation fees. i have been with sprint for 8 years now and never had a problem with them until now. ive called the main customer service line and theyve done everything they can. the only thing they needed was one of the people at this location to say they screwed up and then i would be able to do what i was told i could do last year. after this i am now leaving sprint once my contracts up. im not dealing with their bs anymore

Much better than Clearwater! Go during the week NO WAIT! NO COCKY used car dealers... only downside, They dont have allot in stock, and the rep didnt know the new android platform very well for me NO big deal at all, AND he was new YET very polite, helpful and did a great job! and being someone who knows what I want and dont need to be pitched, this is the store for me! Even getting my new S5 swapped for the note 4 before its avail to any other carriers! If you know what you want or need, just go out of your way to visit this store :) omw to go swap an absolutely amazing phone for the best mobile device offered by any one.... very happy atm :) this is why I love Sprint!

Poor customer service. Hung up on me 2x, so I had to go down there with my toddler during naptime. My less than two week old phone is defective and would not to turn on when my gps was running, happened twice, this time it wouldnt turn on at all. It happened to have a cosmetic crack on the back (dumbest decision ever (samsung) to make a phone with a glass back), so they refused to help me. The guy that was paid commission on a phone I purchased from him refused to help me in any way shape or form. I do not recommend this store.

This is by far the best Sprint store Ive ever been to. The whole staff is professional and friendly. I came in to upgrade the phone on my second line and was impressed on how David worked his magic and hooked me up with a top of the line LG G4. The best part is that I walked out with zero $$ out of pocket and an updated plan that was less then what I was paying!! Thanks David. You are the man!!

Signed up for a new plan here, this store is great! Drove past another sprint store just to get the plan here. Rob and Bryan are great guys who made me feel very welcome and helped me with everything i needed and helped me get the right phones, not just the ones that cost the most! Best customer service Ive ever had shopping

3 times ive been to this store for various reasons and all 3 times I havnt even been acknowledged or greeted or anything. After 20 min of standing around I walk out. There was 3 reps and 3 customers so they were not super busy. Simple hi welcome to sprint we will be with you shortly would have been enough.
