Jerk at the register. I was really excited about my projects and I was attempting to cash out but the young woman at the register refused to apply my puny 40% discount and she seemed as though she was generally disconnected from doing her job in general. I am thinking she may have been on drugs. I will never visit this store again. On a different day a cashier told me that they cant tell customers about coupons or they will get in trouble. And on another day the manager of the store refused to help me. On another day the majority of the store was flooded. In short this store effin sucks! Great products but the staff is lackluster.

Wonderful store! I love this store to death, there is not another store like it. Always a festive supply for the seasons at great prices! Everything is fairly priced and they offer discounts many things. If you need something custom framed or a custom mat cut they do it in store! Mats can be cut day of and framing doesnt take to many days. Their prices are amazing and you can often find coupons to help make it even cheaper! If you love crafts, frames, floral, sewing, and/or seasonal items you need to visit this place!

Checkout was good. Very friendly and helpful. Manager stood near door to greet guests as they came in. I didnt like it. He was kinda blocking the carts and I heard him call "hello girls" to a group of middle aged women. Calling older women girls seems icky to me. It was very clean and well laid out.

Staff was nice. They pleasantly answered my questions and directed me where I needed to go. Although...I feel perhaps even I wouldnt have had to ask so many questions of there were Isle ladles or a store directory. Other than thay, very clean, neat, and organized.

I always enjoy my visits to Hobby Lobby! I usually come in for flowers but end up shopping the entire store. There are always new and exciting items to catch my attention. I also love the calmness of the music playing.
