I love Menards. Its in top 5 favorite places to be. Very rarely have I ever had a bad experience there. Well with the exception of when I asked about needing something I saw in the back lot and the department manager in.plumbing said they didnt have one in stock and they would have to order it and it would take 6 weeks to come in. I dont think.he wanted to deal with me, because one of those customers that will almost never ask for help because I already know where everything is and most of the time know more about the subject matter then anyone I could ask there. But sorry, Im rambling. What do I think of Menards? Im a shopper for life

Bought a new whirlpool front load washer several days ago and it doesnt spin the clothes. They are soaking wet. Anyway the men who delivered the washer took our broken one and put some deep scratches in our laminate flooring. The delivery guy said he would make it right .He came back and put a filler in half of the scratches that is much lighter than the actual flooring , but he hasnt returned to finish the job. He was very polite and came on Monday. And not since.

Purchased a chainsaw and sawed down a small tree that was dead for a year. after sawing the tree down, which was approximately 4-5 inches in diameter, the saw broke. We were referred to a repair shop to have it fixed. the repair shop told us it would take two weeks before we could get it back, because they had received 73 items from Menards THAT WEEK, that needed repaired. So that shouted to me....do NOT purchased ANY power driven ANYTHING from this company!

Horrible customer service. Sold us a bad weed eater. Weed eater will only start after several minutes and then will not stay runnibg. But because its a gas weed eater they said we are neither allowed to return it or exchange. Waste of almost 200$. Employee Mike was extremely rude and condescending to myself and my mother because we are female and that automatically means we have no idea what we are talking about. I will never shop at Menards again

I haved shopped at this location often over the last two years and I absolutely love the employees there and customer service that I have received from them! They are always very polite and helpful when dealing with my questions! I was in there just this afternoon, as a matter of fact, and spoke to several employees who were all very nice! Thank You, and please keep up the excellent customer sevice (its a hard business, i know from experience) !!

Weve always enjoyed shopping at Menards - all the way from when we were poor college students in North Dakota. This store doesnt disappoint. Everyone has been helpful. Their products have great price points and depth - if you dont like the cheap stuff, they carry better lines as well. Even my 2 year old son likes it ... but I think it was because the lumber yard gate guard gave him a fun size bag of Skittles. It was a great touch, though.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They charged us the difference for a hot water tank that was under warranty because we didnt have our original receipt, so we paid it no problem. The employee told us to bring our original receipt and they would refund the difference of $70. Took our original receipt and they would not refund our money and manager was extremely rude. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be calling corporate.

I used to dread going to the lumber store. HD and I dont get along, and the blue L infuriates me on pushing a certain brand of items. Since Menards gas been here, it has been my go to. Great prices, great products, easy to get around, and they have items that the others have to special order. Menards is my home improvement store.

Not sure why one of your employees feels the need to ride around on the lift continuously hitting the horn, you have any idea how damn annoying that is? Asked some guy where something was and he acted like he had no clue. Had to walk across the store to find a lumber cart that actually wasnt broke

Menards in Lancaster is a pleasent place to shop. The employees are very knowledgeable and its the same response everytime, unfortunatly when i went lowes and wasted $100 on paint, they knew nothing about the product. I will recommend Menards over lowes anyday.

We were looking for a part and the only help we got from employee was "it should be right there". well it wasnt, thats why we asked for assistance. Ended up going to Lowes where we got what we needed with no problems at all

They have better sales than the other competitors. their cheap line of tools is junk, but they do sell really good stuff too. and, they have everything in it english, they dont cater to illegal immigrants.

Menards is the best home improvement store. They consistently have lower prices than their competitors, and many unique items also. Their lumber yard is the most convenient with a drive through setup.

We like Menards and the lumber yard is great. All the wood is neatly kept and stored out of the weather. A must stop if you plan to remodel your home.

Similar to most other Menards out there, that is decent customer service but terrible wait times. Wait times are offset mostly by really great prices.
