Very poor breakfast experience. My ham & cheese omelette looked like it was made out of left over parts,.... A cold flat dried out powdered egg crepe about 1/8" thick, with a glob of hard brown cheese in the middle, and scraps of dry ham - left over from someone elses omlette. I pulled on it, and all the pieces of ham fell out. The cheese stayed hard and stared at me in a large single clump and the egg simply fell apart, cuz it was too dry to give a dam. Ive always expected the cheese to be melted, and sorta holding everything together, but no luck today. Even the cheese was dry and wouldnt stick to the egg crepe. One saving piece of pantry tho.... The side of sausage links that I ordered were actually hot, and done right. I went directly home, and fried myself 4 eggs and 2 slices of toast, which were very tasty and filled me. Lets see... $28 for 2 bad breakfasts or $1.00 for 4 eggs + 2 toast. Weve been going to CB for 25 years, and thought wed die with them. We brought them so many customers, many years ago. But, now were fed up. It seems they have been going down hill for the last 5 years or so, and we just cant tolerate it any longer.

Food was good, but not worth the subtle racism. i couldnt help but feel like i was bieng stared at and we were bieng stared at, i waved at a few people and got nothing in return, me and a black friend were escorted to the back. We were seated surrounded by tables w/ people waiting for their checks, we got our checks w/ our meal, before i touched my drink practically - we got our check. Counting all of the mean stares from old (and young) white people, bieng rushed out by staff, bieng sat in an area in the back, out of view. If you want a nice breakfast and good people, go to ihop. If you are white and dont want to look at, hear, or sit by non-whites, youll love cracker barrel.

The service was great but the food was awful. We both had the chicken and rice special and it was bland, no taste, no flavor and no seasoning whatsoever. The cornbread rolls were hard as rocks, we cut one in half but it was so dry that we could not eat it. I ordered apple sauce that was the worst I have ever had, almost bitter. The only item that was good were the baked apples my husband ordered. Such a huge disappointment, never had such a bad meal before at Cracker Barrel.

Worst experience ever. I was in there yesterday and the poor hostess was the only one who looked like she was working. All the waitress did was take my order and never followed up with me because she was too busy in the back talking. I overheard one the waitresses say to the hostess dont get any crumbs on the floor as the hostess was cleaning her table. Hopefully the hostess received most of the tips for thel night, because the waitresses are lousy. Where is the management.

Great food arrived quickly and our server, Stephanie, was awesome! The manager came by and asked how everything was (delicious) and offered a reheat on coffee. A server arrived moments later to top off our cups. The syrup for our pancakes was heated - a first for me in any restaurant - and when I requested a second bottle, it too arrived nicely heated. Have eaten at other Cracker Barrels around Florida and this was by far the best experience to date.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went to this cracker barrel to meet my mother for lunch from work. We had ordered prior as we knew we would be crunched for time being on our lunch break (an hour) we still waited 15 minutes for our order. Which when we received was incorrect, I did not have time to get my correct order. they did waive the charge for the meal AFTER WE ASKED. our waitress was very nice but I would not return to this cracker barrel.

I went to cracker barrel again unfortunately. I been going to cracker barrel for twenty years.This place does have some good waitress.The waitress made mistakes on our order.She never came back.Also found a plastic bread tie in my food. Female manager did not seem concerned. I like cracker barrel but l just about had enough.The time before we waited 25 minutes for service.Maybe someone should tell corporate about the problems.

I waited for a long time to be seated as others did as well. There was only one hostess and she looked like she was busy cleaning tables without any help from waitresses or bus boys. Where are the bus boys? Also saw a female manager standing there doing nothing and the waitresses moving slow or talking... The food was OK but the waitress took a long time and she never asked us did we want anything else to drink or eat.

Turkey special on Thursdays is a joke. Is advertised as turkey, dressing and sweet potatoes included. Asked for green beans as well. Received my order and the sweet potatoes were not there. Inquired and was told they were not automatically included and would be 3.99 extra. What? Portion size was a joke for the price. Better off going to Boston Market. Will not be returning.

New port richey cracker barrel.last two times we were sat down and pretty much ignored.even the manager ignored us.he walked by and avoided eye contact when we tried to get his attention. We left both times with out being served.weve been coming to this cracker barrel of years and never had a problem until the last month.very frustrating experience and I doubt well go back.

My family (party of 6) Asked politely to not be seated in the corner, when I asked about tables that were open, I was told we couldnt sit there. Then the hostess rearranged two tables in an odd and awkward configuration in the middle of two other tables. This situation was handled in an immature and unprofessional manner. We left after seeing the new table set up.

The food and service were exactly what you expect from a cracker barrel. Im never let down when I go here for breakfast. The prices are reasonable for what you get. They have plenty of options so whether your trying to eat healthy or go all out youll find a breakfast to fit your appetite. Cant speak to lunch or dinner, but Im sure its probably the same.

The food was fantastic as always at Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately the service at this location was not up to my expectations for a Cracker Barrel. Our order was incorrect, the drinks were slow, and the waitress didnt bring parts of our meal until we specifically asked for them. Ill definitely give them another try but I was not impressed so far.

The store was amazing, so many one of a kind items. My family and I ate in the restaurant, where the food and service was excellent. Our server was bright, cheerful and quick. The food as expected was wonderful as always. My only complaint would be that the restaurant was VERY noisy, despite the lack of children. Otherwise, a wonderful time.

Like to get take out for four people! Last 2 times order was incomplete and out of meatloaf! Here again today for take out no meatloaf again! That is the special! How can you always be out of meatloaf? 2 different people had to take the order! 30 minute wait, still not ready! not even busy! Not sure if I will come back again!
