Rivan K., and Collin A. are two wonderful employees and I hope Sprint appreciates them! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Rivan sold my husband and I the new samsung 7s edge and we are thrilled! It was hard selecting phones but Rivan walked us through the pros and cons of each, saw what we had and suggested the edge. Also, it comes with a small cable to hook to your old phone and transfer all your apps and data well, he offered to do it for us there! We went to a different sprint store and did not care for it because they were too busy to help...then we found this one! What a difference the personal attention makes! Thank you Sprint and Thank you Rivan and Collin for the A+ service! Fantastic! if I could give more stars I would!

Horrible customer service! Not only is there never a manager there, the other 2 employees we dealt with were rude. The girl, Laura, wouldnt let my son use the bathroom, but the day before they let some fat lady & her fat daughter use it. Thats nice. Alex was ok, but seemed like he didnt know what he was really doing. Management sucks. Go to the one on 26 & 94...they are much nicer there and actually are there to help! The one in Chesterfield is ran by a bunch of mindless idiots!

So after reading the other reviews I have to assume that the awful employees responsible have since been let go. I had a wonderful experience at this store. The man who helped me was named Alex Y and he was very friendly, honest, and helpful. He made sure to get me the best deal.

I bought 4 phones and the signal strength was HORRIBLE, so we returned the phones in less than 2 weeks. More than 4 weeks have passed and still no refund. They have given us nothing but lies about the refund. Im never switching to Sprint, and I hope no one else goes to this store.

Worst customer service. Told me iphone6 I bought was new but was refurbished, verified by Apple. Refused to fix after it would not power up. Will go to Sprint on 26 Mile or Best Buy from now on- much friendlier sales staff.

Ray was a hugeeeeeeeeee help! He sold me 6 lines and everything he said worked. He is the best manager at that place. Thank goodness for that store i recommend it to everyone!
