Went in the store to purchase some minutes for a pre-paid phone. I asked if i could have only $10 worth of minutes. Also, asked questions about porting numbers, pre-paid phones, and so forth. The associate kept having to ask the head associate for answers. Overall they didnt very knowledge about phones or very informative on the other issues. However, the associate did say i could put $10 worth of minutes without any problem. I told the associate i would come back tomorrow to sign up. I came back the next day and the head associate said that it WASNT possible to add $10. I told him the other associate said it was possible and now you are saying it isnt. He told me to go to Best Buy and get a pre-paid phone at that location. Basically wasted my time and energy and ended up going to T-mobile to sign up for minutes. Overall, i would most likely avoid this place due to lack of information/knowledge of staff.

One of the best customer service experiences Ive had..Ever. My husband and I went into AT&T looking to switch carriers and wanted to see what they had to offer us. we spoke with Kenny and Dan, these two gentlemen went above and beyond what was expected, extremely knowledgeable, warm, friendly and entertaining, they made us feel welcomed, comfortable and surprisingly relaxed. Although we werent able to switch over carriers (at no fault of theirs) we were able to get Direct TV which was on our list anyway. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Bought defective phone at this store. Guy was very nice to us but when I wantes to exchange it got a hard time from the man. Called the support number they told me this is a private franchise.
