customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. i tried to return an item that was given to me as a gift but the customer service representative told me that i cant return/exchange item that was bought on the same day! I have returned an item on the same day in the past so i asked her to check with the manager but she just gave me an irritated look and told me that theres nothing anyone can do since the system didnt take it and that i should come back couple of days later. I went back few days later and was able to return the product. i was standing in front of the register for 3 minutes while three representatives were chatting and eye-ing each other and me. On wrapping up their chat session, one of them looks at me and walks out yelling "customer here" as if she saw me then. Two others were debating who should be helping me and one of them says "I only have 5 minutes and i dont want to push it" !!! When finally one person reluctantly comes to help me, she tells me to take out the items from the bag. I did and put the receipt on top of the item but when she snatched it off the table the receipt fell. She asked me where the receipt was. I told her it was on the item and it fell on her side of the floor. She didnt even bother looking for it and told me that it wasnt. By this time, i was running out of patience so i just stared at her. Then she looks and picks up the receipt and return process was done. because of this target i think all Targets customer service is one of the WORST in its industry.

I am a devoted Target shopper. I love Targets for their clean stores and good prices. However, this specific store in Edgewater consistently show you one price and charge you another. I just moved to the area a few months ago, and go to this Target about twice a month. Each and every time I notice a price difference. And when I tell the cashiers, theyd say, you were wrong or oh, the price must be wrong at the Aisle. Recently, I purchased 8 items, and 4 have wrong prices! I finally got fed up and told the customer service to give me the items for free, as other grocery stores would do. She did "price checks" and said that the higher prices were correct. I insisted of walking to the actual aisle and show them the prices that were being displayed. She finally gave me the difference between the displayed prices and what Ive been charge. The differences were well over 18% of the prices! I wasted 20 minutes at the store to show them that they were wrong, and they didnt even give me an apology. The customer service rep was so upset as if someone finally caught them with their "pants down". If you must shop at this Target, make sure you write down all the prices and check and double check your receipt! As for me, Id avoid going there as much as possible. Unfortunately, they are the only one that carriers the diapers for my baby.

this Target has the worst customer service in the world, and i hope no one has a horrible experience like i did. i approached a Hispanic Target employee, who seemed to be the manager, to ask where the bathroom was and she just ignored me and kept playing on her phone. i wasnt going to waste any time with someone so rude, and i continued my shopping. at checkout, my daughter went to the Starbucks to get a drink, the same exact worker decides to shove herself to the front, cutting my daughter off. i was extremely furious, so i went to the worker to inform her of how disrespectful she is to customers. i came back a week later to get supplies for my dog, and i brought him along in his bag. the same lady is working there again, and she prevents me from entering, saying that dogs arent allowed even in bags. i understood this and was about to leave until i saw another customer walking in while holding her dog. what happens? the worker doesnt say anything to her and kicks me out. Target, teach your employees manners and respect. maybe then theyll learn how to treat customers better.

Absolutely herendous on a Saturday night. 10pm more than 20 people waiting to check out , and only 2 registers open. I call the store from my cell phone , and am told that they are sorry , they only have 2 cashiers. After I ask for the manager, they tell me Ms.J. is busy with a client, ( quite politely during the entire conversation ) Out of nowhere , all of a sudden two more cashiers open up. Some attention needs to be given to the traffic flow. Convenience of being open til midnight , is overpriced to wait 30 minutes to check out.

Love the store, great prices, open late and you can pretty much find anything! Im also glad they started selling food as their prices totally beat the Acme across the street and are closer to Wal-Mart prices. Pretty well stocked but choices are more limited as far as groceries. The one area they fall short- shoes. A very limited choice and theyre awful. If they would offer wider variety at good prices(coming somewhat close to Marshalls), it will be a solid 5+ star srore

This Target is good for quick grocery shopping. It is not crowded much , and it has a large selection of items to buy from. The lines move quickly, but the customer service isnt that good. The restroom is average but is dirty at times. Overall, its a decent store, but if it improves a little more it might be a five star store but for now im leaving it at a four.

Big story with a lot of options to buy. Im rating this only as "Its Okay" because the prices are a bit higher than Id like. This is a suburban community and people who can drive here can drive to Walmart where similar items are cheaper. The place is very clean. By the way, this is a great place to take an infant walking during the cold winter days.

Great service and enough casher registers to avoid waiting time and open late, good book section for kids, cafe, optical center etc. If you find sales items at store, its good place to shop in store, check online Target store before you go to store, online price usually cheaper and price match at Customer service desk

Today at 8pm Target decided that 2 cashiers would be good enough for. At 8:10 we had 3 cashiers. Why have 18 checkout lines and no one working them? Every single line was at least 10 customers deep. And self checkout was swapped. From the look of it, Target had a bad quarter and is cutting back on customer service.

The only reason I give this place one star is because its the closest place I have. This place is not good whatsoever. The staff does not give good explanation, directions, etc. I do not recommend this place if you are to get new glasses done or just a check up.

Decent Target like others around. A mix of knowledgeable and lack of knowledge staff. Called to inquire if they have a particular item and was told "Yes" over the phone but when arrived at the store, was told that they had not sold the item for a long time...
