The staff are very helpful and courteous. My mom and I left a bag with two dresses we bought here in a restroom of Bergen Town Center. We spoke to one of the cashiers and she alerted the entire staff about it, and called guest services for us. She also said that if someone tries to return the merchandise in exchange for a gift card, she will alert us. We left our number with guest services. After a while we got a phone call when someone returned the bag to Nordstrom Rack, and the same cashier handed it back to us. Overall, we spoke to several employees and they were all helpful. We also got great deals on the dresses we bought!

Not even close to the same feeling of a regular Nordstrom. The hospital lighting and over stocked racks of merchandise make the store feel cheap and uncared for. The staff is a bit clueless and is clearly waiting for their next break or to leave. There are decent deals on some things, but it takes work.

My first visit to a Nordstrom Rack store was quite disappointing as the place was an absolute mess, with clothing and shoes strewn across all aisles, even in the homewares section. Decent shoe selection for sixes 9.5 and 10, though.

One amazing thing about this place. Their shoes goes up to size 15-16 on mens and womens up to size 13 includes hills and other shoes.

Decent selection/prices, but the line is always extremely long. They need more registers/cashiers.
