Worst service ever. Had my 800 dollar christmas tree delivered to the store. They sent the wrong one and wouldnt even send it back for me like they should have because it was an online only order. No coordination between online store and physical store. Then they tell me i have to return it myself after getting sent the wrong one and wait for it to be recieved before they will even process the refund so i cam by another tree. Well they dont have to worry about that ill never be shopping here again thats for sure. Took 5 weeks to get my money back.

When I needed help making a blanket, the staff was helpful and friendly with me. Had no problem at the new Michaels in Lincoln Square, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for some fabrics or decor!

Im a beginner painter and Michaels paint and canvases are cheaper than other stores I have been to. The store is nicely laid out and its not an overpriced.
