I usually go to the one on hulen since I live out here but I stopped at this store visiting husbands grandparents. I love the store on hulen very friendly helpful staff but this store is horrible. The woman sitting my all the machines was a total B I T C H all I asked for was where I could find the bobbins for my singer 201 (first vintage machine I owned and dont know much about) and she kind of just looked at me and looked annoyed i dont know if she was annoyed by my question, or the fact that Im a 21 year old she made me feel like I knew nothing about sewing she kind of just pointed in some direction and went back to what she was doing. I was very annoyed by this because usually these ladies are awesome and will come show me my options and make sure I get it right.

Ran in to purchase one piece of fabric, waited behind six customers buying several different fabrics (only one lady cutting fabric at a very slow speed). After finishing shopping the checker lines where from the first register by the doors to the fabric, more than half way across the store. Everyone in line was complaining about the wait. The checker was sooooo slow. He acted like he didnt want to be there but who would with all the customers fussing at him. Some customers walked out without their merchandise. For sure one left with her merchandise and didnt wait to pay. Just walked out.

I love that I can use coupons here all the time but their customer service sucks! I called them to see if they have Copic markers in store and the lady on the phone said they do! So I go there and looked for it but no! They dont have it!! I even asked an employee and when she called the manager and found out they dont even have it in the first place, she didnt apologize!! Please dont tell your customers false information, it really makes me mad. Time and gas wasted!!

Friendly staff, great selection of products. Finding prices and details about seasonal products can be difficult. Aisles are too crowded for more than one person and cart. In store sewing machine department featuring Husqvarna Viking embroidery machines and accessories. Suffers from problem common to most fabric stores - shopping cart wheels impeded by string wrapped around wheels, making them hard to push. Easy parking. Located next door to Petsmart.

Unlike other Joann stores, this one doesnt have price scanners throughout the store. Too bad because many items dont have pricing on them or are mislabeled. Staff is friendly and will help if they can. Love that you can stack coupons and they take coupons from Hancock, Michaels and Hobby Lobby as well. Super easy to save a ton of $$.

I shopped at Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts for some crotcheting supplies. Staff very helpful and polite. Store was very clean and organized. I stayed long enough to find two birthday presents for friends very difficult to buy for. They loved the unique gifts. I definately see this store as a must visit for future shopping.

I went to buy a specific dress pattern on two different occasions. When I wasnt able to find it the employee told me that there were patterns in the back that she hadnt had time to put out. The store is usually in disarray and the employees are slow and not helpful.

They always have great sales, especially if you are signed up to receive emails. They have crafting supplies for every project. The lines are typically longer due to the type of merchandise being checked out. Fabric and scrapbook items take longer to ring up.

When we entered the store the girl at customer service told us they didnt carry any rug making supplies. But when we went and looked I found everything I needed. You need to tell your employees they need to know what theyre talking about!

Always low staffed. I can never find people to help me so I have to wait for cashier who are busy or fabric cutters who are busy. but the store is clean. The staff is nice. Im glad they offer military discount.

Great stuff and prices if items are on sale. A bit expensive though, some organizers in 40 dlls, same in Walmart at 15 dlls. Sales and great discounts make it up, you can find great deals!
