I had a 40% coupon off all regular priced items. It was on my phone & I put it on the counter. The cashier said oh the 40% off coupon? I said yes. Instead of scanning my coupon she punched in a code. Got all the way home & discovered she punched in the code for 1 item at 40% off. Had to drive all the way back to the store. Spoke to the manager with the same cashier standing talking to him. I explained to him what happened & she says oh they punched in the wrong code. Didnt own up to it, but whatever Im not going to throw her under the bus. The manager took me to a cash register to fix it & he said you gotta have those things ready (referring to the coupon on my phone) I said that I did & I even put it on the counter. He said well glad we could fix it for you. No apology or anything! So irritated! So make sure they scan your coupon not punch in a code & you check your receipts before leaving the store b/c this store obviously has issues.

So many craft supplies! Not enough time! This store is located in the same shopping center as JoAnns, Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning & Dollar Tree. If you cant find what you are looking for here, you might have to look for it online or give it up. Another thing I really appreciate about Michaels & JoAnns is that they both give a military discount, whereas the usually more expensive Hobby Lobby does not. I think the discount is 10%, - Anything is appreciated, as well as the appreciation itself.

I called and asked if the had Martha Stewart Glitter and they said yes but was talking to customers at the same time. I told her I was coming 45 min away. Got to the store and it was glitter glue sticks!!!!! Frustrated to say the least! Waist of time and gas! She did apologize....

This place was busy on Labor Day. The line was long to check out but went quickly. Appears someone was working at every register. The lay-out of this store is different than the one I usually frequent making me spend a little more time finding what I needed.

Employees are always nice and incredibly helpful. Their sales are amazing and the employees always know just what coupons are going on and if your phone doesnt eork, they usually have it on their to scan. I just love going here!

Great Michaels off of Round Grove in Lewisville, Texas. Huge store. Staff was friendly. Great sales and 2 for $5 deal section. Signing up for a Michaels rewards card was fast and free in store right at the register.

Rude people, worse customer service, love to go across the street to JoAnn where the customer service is so much better. They would get much more traffic if there were more customer service friendly and focused.
