Ok so idk about everyone elses experiences but Im there every week and besides not really being able to find someone on the floor to help you if you have a question, my experiences there have been great. When I finally do find someone or I go up to the front they have been nice and helpful. Maybe it just depends on the time of day you go or something lol, Im always there when they first open up!

They were so helpful! They have large selection of craft items. I had an odd size photo. Looking to pay a large amount for a custom frame. Once the sales rep saw my face on the cost he suggested something more reasonable. The sales rep suggested a frame off floor with the matting service. I saved $200. My photo looked amazing. Great service amd wonderful people.

Edith needs retraining on customer service. Shes seems very lazy and unconcerned about customers needs and wants. That very short attitude of hers needs to be reexamined. Im willing to drive 25 minutes to another Michaels for better customer service. The Cedar Hill location is the closest to me but never again will I spend my hard earned money there.

I purchased Letters [my mothers name] and priced other items I will possibly need in March of next year for my mothers 70th birthday party. I also purchased some Pop Rocks candy while there at Carlas suggestion. Hadnt had Pop Rocks in over 20 or 30 years. Yep, it was a welcomed treat.

Has all of the crafting supplies I need :) only one compliant is that one time I was looking for cupcake molds for clay, I asked a worker if she knew where they were. Instead, she led me to the baking isle for actual cupcakes when I cleary stated that they were for clay.

Didnt have as wide a variety of items as I would expect from a suburb of dallas. But the staff was extremely nice and helpful, although the manager appeared to be way overwhelmed in work...not that she seemed as though she couldnt handle it, just very busy.

Good crafting supply selection. Not terribly pricey. Staff is usually helpful, some of the younger staff members may not be as knowledgeable but they are usually willimg to find someone who knows what you need and to learn for themselves.

Poorly stocked jewelry making area. Nothing was priced. Poor selection of findings. No customer service. No one asked if I needed help, or greeted me, or cared when I complained. From now on my money will be spent else where.

For the third time, they have misplaced an item that they put on hold for me. A handful of times, the displayed prices were wrong. The employees never greet me, much less acknowledge my existence.

The set up of the store was messy and unlike any other Michaels I had been to making it somewhat difficult to maneuver. However, the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and encouraging!
